I switched over to Cricket recently and was pleasantly surprised, great customer service experience at this location! Noman took care of the entire process of switching over from a different carrier and took all steps necessary to make sure it was smooth. He also went out of his way to walk me through the unlocking processes for each device and was there past closing hours to get the job done!

Came here to Cricket to upgrade and definitely hands down Cruz was a great help. He shared a program with me that helped lower my bill, and I am so thankful. Will be back for my next phone purchase.
