Office Depot

I needed to purchase two items. Both were located in the same area and were easy to find. When I was ready to checkout the cashier was polite and friendly and helped me sign up for the rewards program. The checkout process including the rewards sign up took less than 5 minutes. I look forward to doing further business with the Conroe, TX location.

As a visitor to Conroe, TX I realized I didn't bring enough address labels to utilize. When I walked in the door I was warmly greeted by Heather who offered to help me. She walked me to the aisle and stayed to help me as she saw I was struggling to find just the right item. She is a gem and an asset to this store!

The customer support staff on the floor does an excellent job of helping me find what I need and shows patience in helping me discuss options.

Went in search for a printer today and was very happy to meet Brian , the associate, at this store. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and helped us alot. Some items were out of stock due to it being tax time. Store is very clean. I would highly recommend if looking for a printer. And if you need help ask for Brian, he is great.

Just wanted to give a big shout to Brian!! He helped me as soon as I walked through the store. Walked me to where my paper was, showed me where to look, explained difference between linen, parchment and resume paper, and answered all of my questions!! Kim the manager at the Conroe Office Max along with two additional employees, Brian, and the gentleman who brought my merchandise to my car were kind, helpful, and competent. They made my day! I highly recommending using the store for all the services and sales they offer.
