Best Buy

Hi. I was in Best Buy looking for a budget TV, and no contract phone. I have noticed that their help is very scarce these days. I waited about a half an hour to get some help I asked a question about the phones the guy didn't really know so they went to find someone else and it was probably about 15 minutes. She was knowledgeable. And was able to answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. This was a preliminary trip as I'm hoping my phone lasts a little longer I've got so much stuff saved on there and I always lose a lot of stuff that I've saved when I switch phones. I then went to TVs because I wanted a budget TV but I also wanted to be able to get Roku on it and I could not get any help over there so I wandered around for about 20 minutes everybody was very busy so I left. I love Best Buy because they never whine and cry about taking a bad product back. When you find a sales person they're efficient. And whenever I buy something that costs anything over $100, I know that I will get good honest advice. Including a decent product.

Needed a TV for the new place, 76 inch OLED, love some College Basketball and NHL Hockey,on this baby. Now go get yours.

I talked to Seas in the TV department because I had some questions about a new TV and he was a really nice and knowledgeable person, told me more than I expected about TV and difference, top of the line customer service by Sean, I’ll definitely recommend to talk to him if you’re looking for a new TV at the Conroe Best Buy.

This Best Buy did not have the item in stock I wanted to purchase; however, an employee went out of his way to search for the item I was looking for and I believe this location has some of the most helpful employees out of any of the Best Buy’s I’ve been to. Thank you so much for putting the service back into customer service!

Went in to help my grandparents buy a new TV. Sean taught us all about the differences in dimming features between OLED systems and dimming 'zones.' Dude knows his stuff! We live far away near lake Livingston and worried about how long it would take to be delivered and hooked up to our sounds system, but the TV we got on sale will be delivered to our home in one week and hooked up the same day. Excellent service. Thanks, Sean! (Give this dude a raise)

This is the place to go if you want electronics or appliances delivered. We live a good 30 minutes away for everything. We ordered a washer from the Conroe BLoews, and they didn't want to deliver. Then, when they did, they didn't want to move the gas dryer, so they went out to the truck and broke the new washer. We tried to get them to deliver another, but they LIED and said they didn't have any more. Called Tomball store and found their were 300 in their warehouse. Canceled and bought from Best Buy. Delivery guys were great. They just lifted the washer into place and took off the old one. Same great delivery service with the 75" TV they delivered for black friday.

Customer service was top notch! Both staff I asked for help were attentive and knowledgeable! Thank you

We stopped in to purchase a new printer. I had already done my research, but still had a few questions regarding the different models/functions of the same printer. I was standing by the printer that I was interested in and as I was waiting for someone that was in the back, Chris was walking by and asked if I needed help. He was so helpful with getting the answers to all my questions, very attentive to what my needs were for wanting to purchase this particular printer, very friendly and he even went to the front of the store to get a cart for us. We were extremely pleased with the customer service he gave to us. And not only us, as we were shopping around, I witnessed the same courtesy with other customers as well. I can't say it enough, we had a wonderful experience with him! It's so hard to find employees like this, he's definitely a keeper.

Pleasant experience after issues with a 3rd party shipper losing my laptop that was sent out for repair. Bestbuy associates were quick and very helpful in making things right. I have visited this location many times and have had pleasant experiences every time so far.

I bought a Samsung S23+ and traded my S21+. However, my Galaxy 2 watch would not operate with the new phone. Geek squad adjusted my watch and phone, and now they work together. Thanks, 🤓 Squad!

I was in and out of the store today n made mutes. I had verified that they had the camera lens I needed online before I went, located the item on the shelf myself, and then got an associate to get it out of the cabinet and sell it to me. I bet the whole process didn’t take 8 minutes.

Had to exchange a laptop I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very easy and seamless process

We went for a security camera and know nothing about them. We found 1 person to help and since he didn't know much he found us someone who did. Every time we go they have always helped and answered our questions. This is Conroe store @ hwy45 and 105.

This place is always a good place to go whether for a few minutes or for a few hours. It’s just a great park.

Came in today for my first visit, looking for a drone that fit my budget. As a first time drone buyer, I didn’t know what to look for other than one that can shoot video and pictures. Upon entering the store, I asked if they had an expert in drones and was introduced to Shaun. I showed him a drone I saw on their website and he pointed it out to me; also gave me the specifications. But he said if I wanted to splurge a little, he recommended the Mantis Q. It was very nice and a little above my budget but not much. I decided to get the Mantis. He also helped me pick out the best carrying case for it and wasn’t too costly. Shaun was a very big help and gave excellent customer service!

Sean really helped me with understanding the difference types of TV options. I haven't bought a TV yet because I'm still trying to decide and plus the one I want is unavailable! Average store...nothing out of the ordinary.
