Lance is an absolute legend! I ordered a my first handgun from PSA and had it sent to Western Sport during Christmas! It arrived on the afternoon of the 26th and He stayed and waited for it to arrive and let me pick it up within the hour of arrival!! He is such a relational person and loves sharing a connection with his clientele. His work is quality and brings huge value to the 2A community!

In these times inventory accuracy is key, everyone else takes your money than tells you they don’t have it in stock, well not with western sport they keep a live count of their inventory. They process and ship fast too

I was amazed at how fast it was shipped. I had a email that a shipping label was created 19 minutes after I placed the order. I seen another review that said fast shipping, this is super fast. It came in a extra box to prevent damage to the products box and everything looked great. I haven’t tested the upper out yet but it’s a Daniel Defense so I am sure it will be great. I was also pleased that not only did they have this upper in stock but the price was great. I would definitely recommend this company, if they are that quick to respond to orders you know they have great customer service which is next to impossible to find now days!!

If there was an option I would gladly give Western Sport 6 stars! They have an outstanding variety of quality products and sell them for a more than reasonable price. Their website is updated real time so if it shows in stock, it's truly in stock. Their customer service is stellar. I was worried about missing out on an opportunity to get an item that was nearly sold out so I called to check the status. Not only was it probably way too early to be calling but it was also during the pandemic when many businesses were stretched thin. I was received with the type of courtesy and understanding that is really rare nowadays. My order was picked, shipped, and in my mailbox faster than many companies take to just process an order. Nothing but good things to say about my experience dealing with Western Sport. I highly recommend them!

These guys are extremely responsive when it comes to communication. I received email responses in just minutes regarding my product. They were extremely cooperative and helped me with a minor issue regarding the shipping, once again they were extremely responsive. The product that I order was shipped in a timely manner, other sites said it would take over a month for them to ship it out due to the pandemic, but Western Sport shipped it out the same day, and the product arrived a day early!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I initially googled them and read reviews before placing my order because I had never heard of them. So now I’m here to share with the world that this company deserves your attention and business. I ordered a complete Daniel Defense MK18 upper in black and it arrived within a week. They sent me an email confirmation after I payed and then later on sent me a shipping update email. The packaging was professionally done and the product is exactly what I wanted. These uppers are hard to come by these days so I’m fortunate I stumbled up their site. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

The experience was great. Their prices were lower than the MSRP and manufacturers website price by more than a few $$$. The manufacturer drop shipped the item to me even though they were out of stock on their direct purchase website. The item was processed, shipped and received quickly. It arrived within a week via FedEx ground across the country. Western Sport honored my special request to ship to an alternate address from the billing address, saving me time and additional shipping costs. I was contacted by Lance to confirm the shipping details and confirm the item was shipped within 12 hours of the order being placed. I would definitely recommend Western Sport for any item they have on their website.

Great company and outstanding customer service. On my second purchase with this company I had a small issue with the product. I emailed the owner and received a response within 24 hours. Shipping was very fast. Somebody will answer the phone if you call so you have a person that will answer questions. I am happy with the service and product.

Prompt, Fast, and Great Service. I had ordered the wrong part and was able to change the order before it was sent. The refund was returned fast. The correct order went out that same day, which is unheard of from other companies. I will be ordering from them again.
