Chris was our saving grace! He was able to fix a busted pipe in our house that was between our two bathrooms quickly and efficiently. He was wonderful to work with. I can say we have found our new plumber! Thanks again!!!

We needed a plumber ASAP in the Bellaire area. I called Perot Plumbing and Chris answered the phone and was at our location within 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient, and kind. He fixed us all up and it only took a few minutes since he had the parts needed on hand. I would call Chris for any plumbing needs. As well as recommend Perot Plumbing to anyone.

These guys are the best!!! Chris was so informative about our issues and came out the same day. He was patient and so friendly. He was extremely efficient and saved us a ton of money. Cleared out stopped up plumbing that was causing flooding in our bathroom in one hour!

Had a pipe pop like so many I'm sure from this freeze. Chris had been working all day but squeezed us in as his last call this evening. I've used him for many repairs in the past from sprinklers to leaks and he always does a great job. Plus he's a Bellaire guy and I love supporting somebody local.

Chris runs a top-notch plumbing service. His rates are good and his work is excellent. He is honest and I recommend if you are in need of a good plumber to give him a call.

So I called Chris on a Thursday night with a busted water heater. He was able to come out Friday night to check out the problem (which, by the way, was a service call he did NOT charge me for, whereas all the other highly rated plumbers in the area wanted to charge me $75 just to come see what the problem was). He was immensely helpful while he was over, and when the decision was made to replace it with a new water heater, he was even nice enough to come install it on a Saturday morning. Furthermore, when it turned out that he only had a 50gal in stock to replace my 40gal, he still only charged me the price he quoted me for a 40gal replacement.

The advent of the internet has facilitated an unprecedented access to price comparisons and things of that nature, but to anyone reading this: if you live anywhere near the Meyerland area, and you have need of a plumber, you would be an absolute fool not to use Perot Plumbing.

I just looked at this review today. I called the guy up since everyone had positive things to say about him. Master Plumber and owner of the company came out. He looked at my problem and right away knew what he needed to do. He took the time to explain and went to work. He told me that he might have to make a mess inside the office because it looked like it was too clogged up. I told him I couldn't have that because we see patients everyday. He said he would have to look at the man hole and see where our pipe was and if he could do it. Right away he took his machine out and started working outside in a filthy man hole full of roaches. The guy did it. Our pipes were so clogged up, I really didn't think we were going to get it fixed without tearing this place apart. But he did it. Very professional, courteaus and willing to explain the entire process. Thanks for a job well done.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Had a plumbing emergency, and they were quick to respond. They assessed the situation and explained what had to be done. They were extremely careful and respectful while working inside my home and kept their work areas free of debris. I would gladly use them again if the need arises. Very satisfied with their work and highly recommend to others.

Chris worked me into his schedule quickly. His workmanship was excellent. I will call him again next time I have a plumbing problem.

Had to shut off water to the house during the first day of the storm. Called Perot and spoke with the owner. Was told he could get out 2 days later. Tried calling him numerous times to confirm the schedule without success. When I did get ahold of him- by luck- on the afternoon of the day we were scheduled for service, he knew absolutely nothing about my call, said he would ‘try to handle the local people’, estimated his response at ‘maybe another two days’ and was plainly overwhelmed. While I appreciate the unique difficulties of the situation, Perot led us to believe that we could rely upon them when plainly they had not even scheduled our call. We would have made other arrangements with a company that books and calendars its calls for service and has the capacity to provide updates.

I'm happy to have found this guy. Chris Perot turned out to be a good, caring plumber - like in the old days. He's an independent plumber with his own stocked van. He answered his own phone, came out quick, and fixed all my small problems right away (a kitchen drainline stoppage, and a leaking pipe). He is coming back later to fix a broken shower knob. Stated 24 hour service, and when I called on Sunday night, the person answering the phone was very rude with a lot of attitude. Don't understand why there are many 5 start ratings, but definitely 1 star or lower for this time. If you do not want to service on Sunday night, don't say you are a 24-hour service company.
