Great customer service found me lower rate and consistently great customer service !!!

Eric is on top of things with his customers.

It, for lack of better words, sucks. I was promised a lower rate and I got one for a short period of time. I didn’t do something that I was suppose to do and I understand that. I was charged for the device and my rates increased, but when I reached out to my agent to find out what some of my options were I never got a response. My insurance payment is now 30.00 more than what it was before I switched and 50.00 more then what I started at with this company. So now I am no longer receiving any value for switching. The MAIN reason I decided to go with Goosehead was because of the customer service I was receiving from my agent at the time…which I made very clear to Eric was not good and was very unsatisfied with. It only took one time for him to tell me, when I reached out to ask some questions, that he was with a client at that time who was insuring their home and it was worth a lot and he would get back to me (he never did), for me to see how this was going to go - and I was right. I should have known then and done something about it, but I am now and have started the process. I have reached out to an agent here in my area and will be exploring other options. I work for a 5 star company who provides a GOLD standard in customer service. Not anyone of our customers is treated differently based on the amount of money they spend and follow up is a priority for us, especially when we are contacted first. It’s just good business practice. No hard feelings, will just eventually move on when I have the time to go through this process AGAIN and find something else. Oh and by the way…I still have not heard from him since I signed up with Goosehead, well other than the auto email blasts that I am sure all customers get. Thanks!

It's been two months and I have not heard back from my "agent" after sending multiple phone calls, text messages, and voicemails. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking for a responsive broker to help with your insurance needs.
