The Phoenix Center

The Phoenix Family Entertainment Center in Richland Center, WI is a really great place to bring your significant other, family or friends to meet and have a drink and possibly order some food from their great menu. Then possibly meet other people or go bowling or join a winter or summer bowling league. The large and spacious Special Event facility is a great venue to plan a wedding event, family reunion, birthday, or any other event you may want. The staff and owners are very friendly and will provide you with great service and make you feel welcome every time you are there.

Has good food and great drinks! Wish they had Diet Coke but many other choices available.

We had lots of fun. Even with the bumpers, we didn't score so well. But, it was still fun.

I have always had a great experience ☺ not only with the staff but the food and the atmosphere is a great place to take your kids and anyone else to for any occasion 😀 😉. Amy is amazing catering manager and staff could not be more friendly or competent. The food is probably three stars and that is where improvement could made to put things at a terrific level. Food isn't bad - it's just not anything special. Service is special however.

Very nice staff, absolutely phenomenal food, and reasonably priced everything. Compared to big town bowling alleys, this is definitely worth a visit. Will 100% return!

Great bowling alley! One of the best spots to hang out in town. Perfect for parties or just a night out with friends or family.

The lanes are all clean and well kept, the staff is nice and friendly. There is a full service bar and sitting area. It even has a nice banquet hall attached to the building.

The food is all phenomenal! Their pizza is delicous and their spicy chicken sandwhich is perfect!

All of the drinks were made exceptionally well and tasted great.

Great service and food! It's always nice to know I'll get a good meal whenever I come back to my hometown

Had our 50th class reunion there. It was great. The waitresses/waiters were the best. The banquet hall was big enough for our celebration. I have to say the bowling is fun, too!!!! I would highly recommend The Phoenix Center to everyone!! Check it out!!

Had our daughter's birthday party for her class. Was a great time the kids had fun. And we have our son's birthday party planned for end of summer..

Good food, great prices, friendly staff

Stopped in for pizza to go, but had to stay and eat a few pieces! I have to say they have the Best Pizza Around! Very clean and friendly place..will be a returning customer!

The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is delicious and a good value. I go there every time that I'm in Richland Center.

Granddaughter bday party with friends!! Place was pretty busy cld of used another btender up front is the only complaint. Service alittle slow.

The Phoenix Center is a very friendly gathering place for locals as well as travellers just passing through. Always good food, and friendly people!

It was great,we were there for our granddaughters wedding reception, the food they served was great and the people was nice and friendly. I would suggest this place for any kind of celebration.

Friendly staff. Clean and fun bowling alley to take the family. They also have a large event center to rent. Food is good.
