These men are incredible! I prefer this place over big box stores. In fact, this is the 1st place I run to now.
These men have empowered me & equip me to tackle my tasks 3 times over (so far). They've seen me in all emotional forms & don't make me feel horrible. Rather, I always leave calm & ready.
I'm very grateful for this place & the men running it. Definitely a hometown gem. & A good prices!!!! Shop local!!!

Went in twice today, my second and third trip to this store, and I have never had an issue. Everyone there is knowledgeable, patient, and SO kind. I love to support local businesses and chance I get, having such great service is icing on the cake. Will definitely be back!

Local, small business gem in Groves! Extremely helpful, friendly customer service and good prices. Danny is very knowledgeable and was able to provide me the parts and advice I needed to help me fix my plumbing problem. Strongly recommend West End Hardware!

I love this store. Today I had a busted pipe and they were out of the parts needed to fix it, but Danny put together a makeshift hose with washers and a cap off. It's going the extra mile for customers that keeps me coming back. Not to mention they are very knowledgable and so courteous. Thank you WEST END HARDWARE for all you do for our community.

I get this space age gas stove. I find there is a parts list that must be purchased. The thought of going to the big name guys was fearful. You cannot even find someone to assist much some one who can find all of the parts.
A friend referred me to West End Hardware. What a relief. Greeted immediately. My list was filled in minutes by attentive and informed personnel.

This store is the Best in Groves ! Nicest, and most helpful folks you ever have to deal with, it's like stepping back in time, when we had many stores that respected their customers and were so helpful and friendly!

Much better customer service than Lowes or Home Depot. They taught me how to fix my first broken pipe.
