Dairy Queen

This store used to be a hot mess but under new leadership it's a great store fast and great service shout out to the whole day crew and the night crew

Dairy queen is an has been in top 5 of my favorite hamburger/ ice cream and had not been there for a few weeks due to wait time and just NO FRIENDLINESS ARE ENTHUSIASM ABOUT THEIR JOB AND IT WOULD MAKE THE WAIT TIME A LITTLE BIT EASIER WELL I'M COMMANDING THEM TODAY AND I'M BACK TO MY FAVORITE BURGER JOINT.... IT'S A NEW MANAGER IN THERE AND SHE IS JUST AS NICE FRIENDLY AND POLITE AS SHE WANTS TO BE REALLY REALLY REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY VISIT TODAY STILL NEEDS A LITTLE WORK ON GETTING THE FOOD OUT FASTER.

My husband had accidentally ordered from the wrong location online. So it made me late for pick up. They were very understanding and kind. The lady that helped me was extremely pleasant and did me a solid by not making me come in when I forgot my shoes in my rush to get out the door. I’ll be using this location again. May not be closer but definitely much nicer!

You order and they will tell you to pull around so that your order is made fresh. I have no problem with that. Food is always fresh

I must say I don't think I've ever had the customer service at a fast food restaurant as good as I've had at this Dairy Queen. Since we've been in Port Arthur we have ate there for lunch everyday and every day the manager asked how was their service and if we're coming back the next day. So if you are anywhere near this Dairy Queen I would recommend stopping by and at least having a blizzard.

Great tropical blizzards! Mixed very well and ingredients all the way to the very last bite.

I communicated that I have a food allergy, and the staff took extra measures to ensure me that is be safe. Truly enjoyed myself.

Good food but the Malts were very watery, they weren't thick, other than that good place to eat

We love our Sonic! The great assortment of flavors lets us mix them up and make all kinds of fruity flavors. The Foot Long Coney has been a favorite of mine for many years. I either get chili-cheese fries or tots, depending on how I feel that day. Great food, hot fresh, and prompt service by friendly people. You just cant ask for more!

Wonderful service and one of the best Banana shakes I have had in a while.

The employees are ALWAYS nice at the window. I am IN LOVE with their Strawberry Sundaes...vanilla ice cream (PERIOD)! I highly recommend this location, especially for the kindness.

Good food and Staff. Very clean. I always have to get my DQ Dude. Can't get those anywhere but Texas, as far as I know. Wonderful Chicken/Country Fried Steak Burger.

We waited in line to find out they were out of ice cream. Because we couldn't back out, we were accommodated with 2 soft drinks of our choice. Great customer service. 😀

The lady who helped me out was really nice and made sure I was happy with my order. The manager is doing a great job keeping the place clean.

Ever since about a month ago when I noticed a new guy, Walter (?) steering the ship, every order has been perfectly followed and quickly delivered without any confusion or excuses about delay. Improving an already good dining option.

Nice place to go for some good old Texas style food.

Food always done to my order. A little more housekeeping and everything would be great. Love that they place oldie music.

DQ has the best burgers. Much better than WhataBurger, hands down!!!
