Loretta was great! Very skilled and knowledgeable. She helped me with a print project that I couldn’t seem to get right on my own. She made my experience great!

I went today to get a new stamp for my job, originally I went to another Office depot that informed me they didn't have what I was looking for and helped me look for another location who did. They informed me of this one, I got in line and waited for my turn. Roxie was helping out customers and was very patient and helpful, I want to acknowledge her multitasking skills because she was helping the two customers in front of me, and asking in advance who needed what type of help so she could direct them to where they needed to go (if the line wasn't the correct area). She also informed of the possible wait time since she was the only one in the department, yet did her best to take her time but also not keep the customers in line waiting too long. Her customer service was also amazing, she was extremely helpful and informative, she did an amazing job with the little rush that I witnessed today, thank you for your help today!

Received 5-star service from the printing dept on Fri. Nov 3rd. I placed a printing order with Staples on the 2nd for my sister’s funeral on the 4th. I received late notice from Staples that their printer was broken and they could not transfer the print order to another location in Houston for same day printing, only cancel. On Friday morning I called Office Depot to see if their printer was working, it was, so I explained my situation and sent a same day print order which they had ready in about 2 hours. I immediately went to pick it up and was very pleased with the results. I then asked if I could send a 2nd order after seeing poster boards available for same day printing and she told me yes. Well, I placed the order online and not sure what selections I made but the print job said it would be delivered by Nov 14th when I needed the posters for my sisters funeral the next day. I called back to Office Depot and this time I spoke with Ms Loretta. She was able to locate where the print order had been sent, recall to this location and had them printed and ready for pickup that evening. The service was exceptional by everyone I interacted with in the print dept that day and not only do I highly recommend them to others but will solely use Office Depot going forward as a result.

This is the first time in a while that made me stop and think, “wow, customer service is really great here”. We were greeted immediately entering the store and provided with information on how to save money while shopping. I actually bought some extra office supplies since it was discounted. The clerk was friendly and actually looked like he enjoyed his job. He even went out of his way to price check something for me.

I can't say better things about my experience with this location! Ty at the printing station is a SAINT!!! He goes above and beyond every time I come in! His customer service is TOP NOTCH - something you don't see very often any more! He makes my job so much easier, can't recommend him enough!!! Thank you Ty!!

Cashier and a manager prevented me from getting scammed today by a group pretending to be from the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Thanks again! (PSA law enforcement will NEVER ask you buy gift cards/vouchers.)

I had a great experience at OFFICE MAXX!!! I rushed in shortly before closing to grab ink cartridges, print labels and paper, and Ty helped me out substantially by helping me find better deals, offering a coupon, and having an all around positive and pleasant attitude…in a world of bots and rude humans, it was refreshing to receive excellent service

The guy in electronbn ics was super helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me to choose the best ear plugs for me. I appreciete him! The gentleman on the floor was extremely helpful as he went out of his way to help me find what I needed and the guy that rang me up was super helpful; he took his time to help me go through my email to get the 30% discount and I appreciate it! Great customer service at Office Depot! Those three men were absolutely helpful; they have great customer service skills and I appreciate them all!!! They really made my shopping experience easier!! Thanks, guys!!!

Just wanted to share my experience at the store today! I was assisted by Corey in the printing area. I came in at the end of the day and needed some documents printed. As busy as he was, he stopped the world just to help me! He went over and beyond to make sure it got what I needed. He was very kind , caring attentive and very helpful in making sure everything was to my satisfaction. You truly are LUCKY to have such a hard and dedicated worker in Corey! Corey YOUR THE BEST! Thank you so much !

Need copies, printing services, probably really anything - talk to Nick! I've been so happy with everything there but Nick is above and beyond. We've been ordering huge slightly complex items from their online portal and have had issues in the past. Not anymore! Thank you all for your help. Its always correct and speedy.

I ordered a file cabinet from Office Depot and I’ve ordered other things and I always feel comfortable and satisfied. They have always given me personalized attention when I go to one of their stores. In this day and time I’ll take a friendly and positive attitude anytime!!!

Every time I come to your store Shane have help me, he goes above and beyond to make sure he gives me what I ask for or make sure I sent it right and help me figure it out. He is very patient with me have very excellence customer service skills and knowledgeable. I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service he provided.
Also, I would like to let you know that Loretta helps me the last time I was in your store, and I was very pleased with her service. This time I was printing out my resume and she had a problem with the layout she did not give up until she got it to print out right. You got great employees at your store that will go above and beyond to help us. Once again, I would like to thank them for all that they do.
I have gone to other Office Depot they did not have good customer service skills like the workers at your store. I had to figure out how to send information myself.

Good selection and value, very helpful staff

If you ever visit the Office Depot at river oaks/west grey ask for Nick. He is the best. Super patient, nice and very detailed oriented. He helped me with everything I needed, and even when I was in a rush he patiently made sure everything was neat and perfect. I’m definitely coming here again. 5 stars to Nick.

I was in immediate need of some type computer cable (I knew not what) and called this store. They knew exactly what I needed, but advised I bring my laptop in just to be sure. I was mixed up on closing time, so arrived 7 minutes after hours. 3 employees stayed until I arrived on a Saturday night to wait for me! LATER to help me. They didn't know why I needed the hookup so badly, but it didn't matter to them. They not only identified what I needed, but unwrapped it for me and instructed me on how to hook it up to my tv. So now they stayed even longer - maybe 20 minutes past closing time! While I will be more alert next time and arrive within store hours, the service I received last night was above and beyond. They are excellent representatives of Office Depot, and deserve every positive recognition they can receive. I will shop no other office store than this one when I am in Houston. Exemplary!!!

I didn't get the young lady's name, but she was extremely helpful. I appreciated her ability and willingness to multi-task between assisting her 1st customer, and me. I didn't have to wait, and she assisted me with printing my own documents.
