I wasn't at McDonald's I was at the gas station buying the cutest purses I've ever seen, only $19.99 and $24.99 , they have pockets and zippers and I'm in love with them!!

Best costumer service I have ever had
He treated me like royalty by bowing down on his knees presenting me with my strawberry shortcake McFlurry,
His name is joe Kaseno and he deserves a raise.

I recently wrote a negative review about this place…but I deleted it and this is why. My review was based on a couple of angry employees that I’ve had experience with on quite a few occasions, but my bad experiences are isolated incidents specifically with said employees. There are a lot more super nice employees here that genuinely care about the customer. They clearly work very hard. They go above and beyond what you would even expect. I wish I would not have written the negative review. I do recommend this particular location especially in the afternoons or evenings. They really do a great job and the food is always exceptional.

Met my sister for lunch at a location half way between her house and mine, about an hour away from my house. The employee that waited on us was very pleasant and helpful. The food was great. The restaurant was clean. It was a good place to meet

Our order was LARGE and a little messed up but Manager was lovely n extra fries !

Amazing staff, hot and fresh food, always amazing window and counter service, everything is great. For a small town McDonald’s people should understand there are not as many staff members to have on the clock at all times. If it isn’t as fast as you expect, try to remember that! Be polite, everyone! People that comment hateful things are still coming to the same place everyday believe it or not. If you are in the mood for fast food, I would recommend this place!

I didn't have a problem getting my breakfast here on the mornings I was in town. The lady even recommended me a way to take my coffee going off how many sugars and creamers and I found it to be quite pleasant and refreshing to have someone care to suggest something I might enjoy!

Visited... the staff was very friendly, especially the lady on front counter, I think her name was Melinda. The fries were hot as they were constantly dropping fresh fries what looked like every five minutes. I played very close attention to the staff because of the reviews they have received. I see nothing wrong. As for the internet, they are working on it. I was notified of this by an employee I believe his name was Lucas and by the manager. It hurts to see how people are rating them poorly for these things when half are untrue, and the other half are our if their control

The people here work very hard... all of these negative comments are coming from someone who apparently never worked at McDonald's. The service might have been slow, but that's understandable. At least I got my food. If you complain, I urge you to work at McDonald's. Just a FYI the internet is not their fault, so its not right to blame them

Employees work very fast. Some would say suspiciously fast. Might be on performance drugs.

With everything going on with this virus I ordered through app. Parked my semi by curbside pickup area. They brought out my food without any questions or fuss! To this I say thank you!

The reason I rated the Mickey D's in Park Falls a 5 is because of CONSISTENCY. Every McDonald's has the same food, cooked the same way wherever you get it.

Friendly staff. Food is normally done correct some mistakes happen but they correct if asked. Over all not bad for McDonald's

It was amazing both times i went there this weekend the food was amazing as usual but the fries could use a little less salt but other than that minor detail it was a fabulous experiwnce there

They hooked me up with the best pumpkin pie and whip cream ala mode. The employees are super nice and go above and beyond for the customer
