Northern Lights Inn

Nice hotel in the Northwoods. Extremely friendly staff. The room was a little dated (bathroom fan was noisy), but other than that it was a fine stay. It is conveniently located on 13 right in Park Falls, with a Kwik Trip next door that you can walk across the parking lot to.

Pet friendly as well, so that was nice and only an additional $10 for the pet.

Would recommend as a possible place to stay while visiting the area.

I have stayed in hotels that are 3x the price and have not even half of the fun. The hotel is older but it’s cleanliness is no question. You can tell as soon as you walk into your room that it was taken care of. The bartender/alley attendant/waitress was delightful!! She was working alone on Pioneer Days weekend (Friday) and absolutely killed it- service was great, tons of patience.. she was even super kind when it was clear that she was a bit overwhelmed. We were impressed and we will absolutely stay again when we return to the area!!

I have stayed 3 times at this Inn. My first time, I was a little skeptical. That changed quickly. This is under new management. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. This is actually cozier than a Marriott. The fitness center is awesome. The staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast is about the only thing that lacks. The ownership is top notch. I wont go into specifics, but we recently stayed there along with my sisters and brother for our fathers funeral. The generosity and compassion of the owner was priceless. Thank you. I will be staying here again on my next trip up north.

Nice place! No bed bugs as some claim, checked several rooms, clean place and enjoyed fully equipped work out center and hot tub. Ginger front receptionist very nice and friendly! Thanks for the use of fridge in lobby area...understand under new management, hopefully fridges will be added into the rooms. Yet still a great place! Worth a look, check it out! Small continental breakfast, where some have no breakfast. Also a plus ice machine and vending machines!

Best and cleanest motel for anywhere within a hundred miles!!! It was even checked with a black-light in several areas on separate occasions, and found only a miniscule amount of luminance. The bathrooms, bedsheets, remote, and surfaces were all clean! Amazing if you wish to have simply a clean space to rest your head at night. The staff are also very friendly and helpful!

Very pleasantly surprised!! It looks a rough from the outside but the rooms were nice and clean! The staff was incredibly friendly! Be sure to go play a game of bowling at The Lane and have supper the food is fantastic!!

Oh my gosh..the staff at the whole place are super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and neat. The rooms are large, comfy and tastefully decorated. We are definitely coming back here.

limited choice of hotels in this area, and this place has it all. clean rooms, friendly staff, pool, bar next door (with food). park and your good for the night. To help you plan.... breakfast is very minimial, and in the winter, no fans in the room, so bring your own.

Clean Friendly Affordable. The room and motel are dated (but aren't we all) You get a real key to the door (vintage charm) excellent location.. We'll be staying there again

Nice small rooms and a bowling alley/bar/restaurant attached. What more do you need in a small town!

My husband and I enjoyed how quiet it was. Kids enjoyed how much there was to do. Pool, arcade, gym, bowling etc rooms were HUGE

We stay there every weekend while remodeling a house we purchased in park falls and all the ladies are really accommodating and nice, the rooms have always been clean and comfortable

This is the best place in town, it could use an update to the the 21st century but it's 1000% better than every other place in town, everything works, the people are very friendly, and as a bonus there's a pool and whirlpool, the beds are very firm and some people might not like that, I've read the other reviews and this place may be old but you get a lot for your money and I don't believe it's fair to to rate it that low just because it's outdated, especially since it's better than the higher rated places in town that things didn't work in the rooms (toilet & other).

The outside is nothing special but the inside was up to date and very clean. Our room smelled fresh and looked like it was just redone.

Good food at the bar, bowling is a plus. Pool and hot tub are clean and a nice fitness center.

Its a great place to stay with family they have everything right there and its close to the downtown and anything people might wanna do! Defiently going back Soon!!!!
