Awesome doc! Kind, thorough and very knowledgeable. They feature Platelet Rich Plasma injections as well as steroid shots and Regenerative Stem Cell Therapy. Roxanne his nurse is kind and his entire staff from the receptionist to the techs and nurses there... they were all so very kind. I went to a consultation with Dr. Ralph Menard and was treated horribly. Dr Justin Vigil is completely opposite. Attentive and caring. He made time to do perform some injections so I wouldn’t have to reschedule and come back. I feel better already. Bravo! To the doc and staff at Hill Country Pain, thank you very much. Dr. Vigil and Dr. Gonzalez are both very kind and caring Doctors. The nurses are wonderfully friendly. I have been going to these guys for around 8 years and I have grown to love and appreciate this group.

Hill Country pain is the place you want to go if you have any pain like back injuries anything of the sort they are very professional very good at what they do my doctor's name is dr. Justin v hill and I would recommend him and his staff to anyone very good very professional. Thank you five stars

I give this place only 2 stars because the initial interaction between customer ( patient) and business is poor! Past 3 months I’ve come here from San Angelo the front desk lady is rude dry and inconsiderate. I mentioned it last time to her about her attitude, seems like pure dislike for her job or patients. Everyone has always been so nice to my granny and myself. I just wonder why she is so put off by each patient. I sit here and watch her interactions and I’ve here been more disappointed at someone’s mood and attitude at a doctors office as I am now.

Moving from Wyoming, and had great service up there, massive back reconstruction was done and here to recover (ice and snow isn’t good for recovery)
This office just waisted two weeks of my time, where my medication runs out in six days!

As a long time provider myself, apparently they have forgot the very first thing in medicine.
Which is “First do no harm”!

What ever their process is, seems to be badly broken at least in my case.

The office staff and scheduling does not return calls , the medical records dept has been asked for records multiple times by another doctor and no response . Very unprofessional, does not care about the patients . Dr Vigil is great but his office help is horrible !

Office staff is completely unprofessional and the worst I've ever dealt with. They don't return phone calls and once in the office, they take forever to acknowledge you when you're standing at the window. Once they do acknowledge you, they seemed bothered and act as if they don't know what they are doing. Staff is short tempered and rude.

I am at home with 5 broken ribs and they have fired me because they say I have methamphetine in my system. That is the farthest thing from the truth there is. Totally not compassionate.
