Awesome customer service, good snack choices

Not very clean restrooms! Weird smell coming from the store.

This is just for gas !!! No bathrooms!! No for the clients but employees and friends are welcome 👎

Pulled in and went to bathrooms while gas was being pumped. Came out and $50 worth of gas was pulled (to fill 14 gal). $10 of gas was overfilled all over my new car and the ground. The nice cashier called his manager, only to be told it’s “user error” and we didn’t push the handle all the way in (we’ve been pumping gas for a decade). Disappointed in the managerial customer service as this was not the issue that caused the gas to pour all over the ground. MAJOR safety issue here and management couldn’t care less the customers and employees had to clean it up.

This was by far the rudest, most poorly managed gas station in Fredericksburg. None of the pumps work, and when you go inside to alert the woman at the cash register, all you get is denials and excuses. The woman starting yelling at me that all the pumps worked just fine, when two of them literally had plastic bags over them saying out of service. I pointed that out and she screamed to take my business elsewhere, which is what we did. How this place can stay in business is a mystery.

I pulled into a bay for gas and got it pumping. I had to go in as quickly as I could to make it to the bathroom. The employee practically chased me all the way to the bathroom to tell me to wear a mask. After I came out, I told her that I had a medical condition. Then she was like, well you could've told us when you came in. I feel that maybe they should realize that I have a reason for not wearing one and that's why I'm not wearing one. I will take my business elsewhere because I could care less to be chased down/followed/harassed, take your pic, by employees.

We were on our way to San Antonio and stopped here. About 20 minutes down the road and my daughter realized she left her phone (which is understanably our fault). We called the store and they told us they found it. We told them we would be in the next morning to pick it up. Apparently they cant communicate because we went to pick it up the next morning and they couldn't find where the other person put it. This was at about 9:00 am and on our way home to Oklahoma. The person that put it away didnt come to work until 2:00pm. Since we couldnt wait until then, and the guy wouldn't answer his phone, the lady that worked there said she would overnight it as soon as they found where it was put. I called today to check on the progress of it (3 days later), since we have not heard anything and it has not arrived. The person that answered the phone was very rude and told me that we needed to send a self addressed envelope for them to send it back. This is such bs, since they did NOT tell me that to begin with. So watch out if you stop here because to me they are liars and theifs.
