"Grew up" working at this HEB, and it has surprisingly held up nicely. I had been disappointed by poor customer service recently - as well as some cleanliness concerns. This location has however, improved quite a bit after providing some somewhat "explicit feedback". And, thankfully, the concerns shared did not fall on deaf ears once Desiree (an MIC, I believe?) was made aware. And, Lacey at the u-scan area will definitely take care of you and answer any questions! Misti, however, and few employees in Produce do need to work on their customer service and friendliness. Nice to somewhat have our "old HEB" back. (Just wish they were open later!)

Love this place. Fresh food. Great selection. Great for picking up everything you need. Great selection of items that are ready to eat.

I happened to stop by a extremely busy night. To pick up some quick food for my trip back to the Northeast ( loaf of bread peanut butter, jelly an Marshmallow Fluff,,, (being on the other side of the Mississippi River ) I couldn't find that Blue and White container anywhere, so I stopped a person that very moving cart of stock , through the crowd an being prepared for, justified attitude, asked where I could find the , M. Fluff , an they said with a smile , an absolutely no attitude, where it was. I went to the spot and there was an item called Marshmallow Kreme, Realizing I hadn't said Thank You to that person,,, I found them and said Thank You for the help an I had found the, M.K. an I mentioned I was from the Northeast an they said that could tell as they were from basically the same area. Made me feel a bit more comfortable in place that I was really far from home. Little Things make a big difference 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Love this HEB, it’s not the biggest but definitely one of my favorites…. Bakery and Deli are always on point….. plenty of staff. They care about what they do there!….Update, was grabbing a few things last minute in HEB. When suddenly something caught my sense of smell…. Menudo, this other Mexican guy and I looked at each other and said. “Do you smell that”? After sniffing around we came up to the hot soup cart by the produce! HEB! You guys did it again! Absolutely amazing!

HEB's, in general, are pretty good grocery stores,and this one is no exception. It was one of the cleanest ones I had been to in years, thats not to say other branches are dirty,, this one was just a notch above ,very clean. Very freindly employees.

Called to find out if HEB still sold stamps; of course they still do! Along with great fresh produce, all manner of grocery items, frozen foods and sundry household goods. Their bakery department is wonderful and the wine selection is superb!

I LOVE how they always have MANY lines open with cashiers. They also have plenty of self service. Just about every cashier can go get cigs (I quit 2 yrs ago), and the HEB brand frozen dinners are great! Plenty of large servings sized and single person serving sized items. They have so many varieties of different things, many of the regular common items, lots of healthy selection foods, different ethnics food, excellent stock, awesome cheese, bread, and meat areas, a beautiful inside florist area along with a great selection of plants for gardens and inside plants (March- December usually).
**The parking lot is ridiculous, tho. Always crowded. You will spend more time dealing with that than cashiers.
I would compare prices with a Kroger or Meijer. Not expensive, just a little bit more than Walmart. But, the quality and selection beats Walmart big time.

If your a Texan, then you shop HEB. Always better prices, helpful friendly staff. I hate shopping anywhere else. Definitely shop the HEB brands. Quality, quantity, pricing and service. Can’t get much better grocery store!

Loved this store! Excellent wine choices! Great staff!! I conducted a tasting here and I have to say I was so glad I made the trip! Very beautiful area!!

First time here at this HEB. They have one of the finest wine selections I've ever seen! They have everything. I would love for our HEB to have half the stuff as this one.

HEB in Fredericksburg, TX. We wanted to get last minute shopping done before Thanksgiving. Thank goodness for HEB there. They had most of the ones that other HEB’s had run out of - like Pumpkin pies and cool whip.
It was a longer commute to go there but it was worth it. I love all the HEB stores.

Connie and Elizabeth did a great job in packing my groceries and checking out they took the extra time to make sure everything was bagged properly and nice , thank you for making a difference in my shopping experience

A nicely decorated grocery store. It looks neat with the Fall decorations. It looks a bit like European stores but unfortunately, the bakery don't taste European.

We like HEB!

Visiting from out of town, so it's good to go to HEB. Reliable, always stocked with daily necessities, and pretty much the same lay out, so things are easy to find.

I have stopped here several times but haven't filled a full list of shopping here, as I am always in route from travel when visiting. I've noticed the layout is convenient and second nature, finding whatever I'm looking for. The restrooms are in the front center part of the store, behind checkout lines, which is unique, quick to access. The complete store and outside of it is clean. They always have a large variety of imported cheese. I have gotten some real nice prime choice steaks there once. I noticed a large selection of beer and wine at this store

Curbside at Fredericksburg HEB is great. Service awesome

Love HEB. Best grocery store ever. Super fresh produce. Excellent meat cuts. Gourmet items but all the staples as well.

Missy in the bakery took the time to write my daughters name plus happy birthday literally in under 30 seconds of meeting her. It was her idea after we told her the story of walmart canceling an order because they "didn't have a decorater" which is ridiculous because we ordered it online. Why was it even an option??? Not sure but Missy restored our faith in people and now will be a lifelong h.e.b. customer. I even tried to cashapp her and she said "omg NOOO" A 1 smile from our daughter was perfect for payment.
