The Peach Basket General Store

This place is too cute! Great location and had everything a time-crunched tourist like you might want. From local honey, salsa, seasonings, pie filling, jams, coffee, drink mix, clothes, fresh juice and more. I filled up on local foods stuffs cause that's what I came in for, but they have all kinds of things. They also have soaps, lotions, candles, and these really neat African made baskets and hand fans (super cool!).

Amazing store! They had more to offer than we could imagine. Very friendly staff and their "co-workers" the dogs, were very friendly. We will definitely come back and order online.

This is the best health food store in the Texas Hill Country and quite possibly in Texas in my opinion. Most of the products have stood the test of time, meaning that they have, at the store, specifically taken all the things that are better for us and made them available, while filtering through the so called healthy products. The manager and owner Danny is very knowledgeable and helps to do what he thinks is best for the community and for his staff. Kombucha variety here is unreal. If it's available, the local products and produce will be there waiting for us to enjoy. I wish there were a store like this in every town.

I love the c b d ointment that I got from here. Wears far better than any I see hot or biofreeze.

Everything you want in a General Store and more. There are jams, jellies, sauces salsas and dressings. Candles and handmade soaps and lotions.The list is endless and then you enter the basket room where there are homemade baskets from Africa every size shape and color imaginable. Everyone in my group of nine purchased a basket. The store is owned and run by the wonderful family that owns the Comanche Homestead just a mile or two up the road. This is one destination you don't want to miss on your trip to Fredericksburg.

Great place for healthy bits and pieces. A wide selection of preservatives, vitamins, supplements, drinks, crystals, and hand made baskets. The energy is very inviting and natural.

Loved this place when visiting, place was clean and organized. They had a lot of local things to buy. We bought a bunch of soap, peaches, cbd, and other things. Definitely worth it to check them out when coming in or before leaving.
A gentleman gave us a fresh peach when shopping too which was nice. We ended up buying an entire case.

If you're wanting to support local, this is one place that makes it easy to do just that! Nearly everything in the shop is made locally, apart from the absolutely beautiful baskets that are hand-woven and dyed in Ghana. The employees are absolutely fantastic--super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be visiting The Peach Basket on a regular basis!

Nice place for unique gifts. My wife picked up several items. And the handmade baskets were cute. We will be returning closer to Christmas to pick up item ideas for stocking stuffers for the family.Thanks

Great store! Best place in town to buy your vitamins, supplements, organic and gluten free foods. Kabuchis - yes! They have everything you'll need in the way of natural, homeopathic items. They also carry a nice array of books. The people who work there are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful! In the back of the store they sell homemade sandwiches, etc., with tables to relax and enjoy your food. Wifi is available.

Got the eggless eggsalad wrap and kalicious smoothie. Best grab and go lunch I've had in a while! So hard to find tofu or vegan lunch around here and healthy smoothies. Visit their Juice bar!! Friendly staff and quick service!!!
