We recently purchased a bike from this store. Excellent customer service in terms of willingness to help and knowledge about their domain - from Alfred and Trip. They both made it worth the while to do shopping the traditional way of physically going into the store, getting a feel for what you are about to purchase, instead of buying stuff online based purely on reviews. As a nice finishing touch, it was nice of Trip to help us load the bike into our vehicle. Will buy again from this store - Thanks!

If y'all are on the fence about going to an in person store for your ski gear, stop here. You MUST get your boots fitted, it is so worth the time the team at Sun and Ski will do a terrific job! Ben spent easy a 1.5 h on me, he didn't give up until we found the perfect boot. It's night and day. He's also super knowledgeable about kids ski gear and was so kind to share all his tips and experience on getting them started on snow sports. I am SO happy I decided to get my own gear after 20 years of skiing on rental and suffering through pain for a poorly fitted, oversized boot!!! Can't wait to try my new babies!! Thank you Ben!

Ps if you have toddlers don't be afraid to take them with you. I had my 3 year old with me and he had a blast playing around the boot fitting area and observing the 'teacher' (Ben) fitting my boots!!

Sun & Ski is always a great store but just had a great experience getting advice on and fitted for ski boots. Eric was patient and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect fit! So happy!

I highly recommend Sun and Ski Sports on Westheimer for all your ski needs. We went this summer for their end of season sale to find some ski boots and the person helping us took their time and explained so much. Well after thinking on it some and reading reviews I wasn’t confident in the boots I picked so when we brought them back months later to have them heat molded I explained my hesitation to Bob and Ben. Ben took the time to refit me for boots and then took care of helping us get everything exchanged. He also made sure my husband was happy with his and fitted him again, he ended up exchanging his as well for a different pair. Ben did an awesome job making adjustments to our boots to make sure we felt like they were perfect for us.

My wife had been wanting a bicycle for a long time. She has had trouble finding one that felt comfortable. Tripp in the bike department found one that she really liked and felt comfortable for her to ride. He was very helpful and attentive and we appreciate the time he took to help us.

The staff at the bike shop is amazing. Always professional, polite and patient with me every time I visit.

In the past 5 years, I’ve bought two bikes from this shop – and throughout the entire bike selection process – these guys answer all my questions and help me pick out the bike that fits me best.

Ben absolutely rules. We were there as a walk-in and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to help us get exactly what we needed, and made our day of boot shopping a blast. Will only be going here for all skiing needs for the rest of it!

Went to go look at a bike that I was eyeing on sale. I was in a hurry and had limited time to really test ride. Juan quickly attended to my needs and allowed me to test ride inside the store. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up putting the bike on hold, so I could test ride it outside later that evening. I couldn't make it, but Juan kept me updated on availability the following day. He ended up coming in on his day off to take care of me, so I ended up purchasing the bike and was very happy. Excellent customer service.

Juan was amazing! Great salesperson & worked so hard on adding my accessories to my e-bike. He was wonderful. I purchased it from him a month ago & he remembered my family and me. So helpful!

Incredible experience with S&S! They had the exact model of ski boots I wanted and at a better price than practically everyone on the internet. Being in Atlanta, I had not heard of Sun and Ski Sports but after some research, I made my purchase. It was shipped Immediately (with tracking) and I followed my babies cross country to my door step.
