I have been a patient at this office for close to 10 years and they always take great care of me. No matter what I’ve been through with my challenges, this office has always been there for me. I can rely on Dr. Sally and Stephanie. Natalie and the staff are always pleasant to deal with and always go the extra mile to make me feel welcome and cared for. I had to switch insurance recently and I just had to make sure that I could maintain this as my primary care physicians. Thank you all for such great care and concern. God Bless y’all.

In excusating pain and have been...called several times after my appointment and lab work. .I had to call imaging for them to fax the results and still no return call to tell me next steps..I might have to just go to ER.

The only two starts it is because of the doctors, otherwise, the waiting for getting inside is ridiculous. Natalie does not know her job. This is several happens including today. THEY SAY THE APPOINTMENT TIME, BUT I AND MY BROTHER WENT INSIUDE ONTIME. Always passed our appointment time and not even we inside to see a doctor BUT ALL OTHERS COMING IN AND QUICKLY GET IN. I really mad.

I’m too upset and very much disappointed of office staff, my medicine was not sent to Farmacy for a few hours I’m calling to ask them to resend the prescription but no one answer the phone in the office, is this fare to you leave the ppl without the medication and you just work to make only your paperwork to collect your share of the insurance… so what about me staying 5 hours waiting and not news, what about me calling and calling but no one answering the phone ..

Scheduled online appointment for Dr. Sally Thomas, return email said they would contact me for verification of appointment and they never did. Called the office the next day, receptionist was super rude telling me new patients can’t be seen for two weeks. I asked why that isn’t indicated online while booking? Plus she said we’re not seeing sick patients at all right now. After I got off the phone with her, I received an email saying my requested appointment was “canceled” which would mean that I did actually did have an appointment with them! What a ridiculous way to lie to a possible new patient but ensure I’d never try them again.
Congratulations Dr. Sally Thomas you must be making so much money that you are allowing your receptionist to runoff new patients and not see anyone who is sick. I’ll spread the word 😊

READ BEFORE SCHEDULING! Ive been going here since they were in another office (over 10 years). They always make you wait long. AND, Ive only spoken to Sally ONE time... At my last check-up, I get there, someone else walks in after me and they get called within minutes while I wait for over 1 hour, with an appointment! I finally had to walk out because I had to go during lunch. I get no apologies, no attempt to reschedule. Basically they tell me "OK" as im explaining why i had to leave. Obviously some patients are more important than others.

I checked out their website and I decided to call and schedule an appointment. After my 2nd try someone finally picked up the phone then put me on a 3 minute hold. I requested the appointment and acknowledged the available times online.

The front desk person (Stephanie) went ahead to tell me they didn't have any appointments until 3 weeks from now. She said the online system was for returning customers only and recommended I look for another doctor.

I was willing to take the appointment, but the tone and attitude seemed very strange and rude. I have never had such a bizarre experience with a front desk staff. Just seemed like for some reason, they did not want to see me.

By far the worse practice in Houston. I was a patient of Dr. Maidenburg for years until he retired. Dr Thomas took over his practice some time later. The support staff is amazing, they have been there even before she took over. This doctor is unprofessional and inept to be a physician. The level of care offered is far below, even what you would expect from the worst. Don't take your family to her.

I made an appointment at this office and received multiple confirmation and reminder emails and texts only to have my appointment canceled 20 minutes before my appointment. When I asked to ask why, they said that the appointment had never been confirmed on their end..
