Charles Green: Allstate Insurance

I have been a customer of Allstate in an another State for over 27 years without any issues. Being new to Katy, I was referred to this office by my previous agent. The office was very clean and organized. The agent was very professional and friendly. The owner Mr. Green did come in the office to ensure the agent was meeting my insurance needs and giving me the best rate. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. It didn't take long to it all done. I am pleased!

Very helpful insurance agency. My car ins rates went way up and they worked with me to bring the premium down. Friendly customer service. Give them a try!

Folks...do yourself a favor and not walk..but RUN from this agency with their incompetent staff shady billing practices. While residing in Katy, I gave them our business with covering house, cars, bikes, boat..ect...during that time we had various issues and would have to have chats with the corporate office at different times...lo and behold, I received a notice that the house insurance was being switched from this office to another agent...found out MANY accounts were switched due to the amount of complaints this office received...since the other items were sold and divided between my ex & I, I unfortunately still allowed these bozos to handle my car insurance (kept house insurance with new agent who was 100% better) made plans on switching but got caught up with relocation, etc. Fast forward, when I had to make a payment by hand (because I missed the auto draft deadline) the next day, I was still receiving cancellation letters in my mail...when I finally got a hold of someone (Nichloas) he informed me that I just needed to pay a fee (26 dollars) which would take me out of cancellation status since I had already made a payment. He tells me 'this will take you out of cancellation status" and assured me of that..fast forward over a week later...I receive yet another threatening letter about my insurance not being reinstated. WHAT THA!!!!!??? yes, i'm pissed and leave a nastygram message as well as email, and in the meantime I call my other agent (whom I have now switched to) and she explained everything to me and yes my policy is still in cancellation status (despite what that incompetent person stated earlier) BUT will be listed as active once the regular payment comes through at the end of the month. Now, when I relay this back to Nick, he LIES and tells me that isn't true and that I'm still listed as active (although my other agent checked and saw that I wasn't) OMG..I can't with these yahoos. So buyer beware. He also has bad reviews on yelp...not surprise there.
