The driver is lazy and pretended not to speak English. But could tell he understood it. He refused to help load the truck saying they pay him to drive. Received a phone call from Echo who I guess hired them and they said they would talk to the driver to get him to help. The driver never helped. After we loaded the entire truck he answered the truck door shirtless. I would not use this company again if it was free. Horrible service. User beware!!!!

This was the worst experience dealing with a trucking company that I have ever had. The driver was rude and did not assist with loading, pretended to not understand English, and then slept in his cab the whole time while my team had to do the loading for him! I would never ship with them again and we ship a lot of material!

The driver was very rude and acted helpless. He sat while my coworkers did all the work loading the material onto his truck.

I won't use this company again.
