What a neat little spot! Penny, the owner was so sweet and just knew what she was doing! Loved on our little girl, Clarke & overall we loved it. The warmth it offers is hard to find! Coffee is delicious!😍 Got a pumpkin white chocolate latte with pumpkin cold foam!✨ Husband got a nitro and enjoyed it!

This is the cutest coffee shop ever!!! Reminds me of a bed and breakfast. The building must have been a residential property at some point which adds to the charm. I felt at home when I walked in. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and she fired up the gas stove to cook the eggs. This place is making me want to go on vacation in the mountains at a bed and breakfast. If you’re looking for a darling coffee shop with southern hospitality, this is it!

Stopped here on my way to work and I’m glad I did. Got a Cappuccino with Almond milk, and the service is amazing. Love the warm environment as well as the warm welcome!!

Super cute and comfy. My gf and I came here and absolutely love it. It's a very cleverly designed coffee shop that comes with a most excellent brew of coffee and teas. We were lucky enough to get lovely weather and enjoy the backyard area. Highly recommend stopping by!

Absolutely the best coffee shop in Katy! Owner was extremely nice, coffee was delicious and we weren't expecting a good size menu of food as well but that was definitely a plus! Will definitely be coming back as a regular!

I have driven by this place a few times and today I was able to stop and have my traditional Americano. This place has been in business at least 6 years and they get their beans from Lola Savannah one of my fav roasters. If your in the area you should stop by! Such a cute place, amd Miss Penny was so sweet! We stopped in for a snack amd glad we did. We got a nitro mocha and a banana nut muffin. Both very good and so fresh. Will definitely return!

Love this place! Just discovered this gem in Katy. The owner, Penny is super nice and the drinks are amazing. Definitely recommend for people looking for a small business to sit and chill at or get some work done. You won’t be disappointed

First time here and loved it!!!! This will be my new coffee place for now on. My coffee was phenomenal and scones were amazing. Penny was very informative and sweet when asking about her pastries. I felt right at home. Come here you will not regret it. Best local coffee place in old Katy.

My first thought after trying the cold brew: “Thank goodness I didn’t go to Starbucks”. The bacon, egg and cheese was also amazing. On top of that, the owner is such a sweetheart and made me feel so welcomed. I definitely recommend anyone passing through Katy to stop by here!

Very relaxed and cozy atmosphere with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating area. Absolutely loved the cold brew. It was incredibly smooth (owner told me it’s a 14-hr process done in-house). It’s also right across the street from Mary Jo Peckham Park.

This place was great! Super friendly, baked goods were awesome! Coffee is good too!

LOVED this cute, quirky coffee shop and chatting with Penny! Such a cozy spot with a ton of options from lattes to matcha to organic tea to pastries, snacks and smoothies! On my way out I saw she even has a set up of CBD gummies and products that I plan to check out next time. My latte was delicious and the tea bags we bought to enjoy at home were as well. There were little special touches on everything like hearts on my cup and a sweet note on our bag. Everything seemed clean and I can’t wait to go back. I wish I had taken more pictures but I will next time! :)
