He guided me through the whole claims process and was always present to make sure I received the highest quality in workmanship. We ended up we didn't buy a metal roof. We got on Owen Corning roof it was $20,000 cheaper and had a better warranty. This company does everything to make the customer happy.

Watch out for price gauging. Told $500 to replace a 9''x9'' vent hole. It literally just needs a square of sheetrock (cost less than $10) and some compound with perhaps 2 hours of labor. Will be replacing my entire roof soon as well but now I know who not to go to.
