Food was great, atmosphere was good. The not great part was, they only had 1 waitress & 1 bartender on staff. It was very busy & the waitress was busting her tail trying to keep up with orders, checks, refills & other requests. She did AWESOME . The disappointing part was when I asked if they were calling in extra help the response was NO. MY appetizer came with the meal..... I completely blame the management!! They should support their staff & guests WAY better!!

I understand these are challenging times for food establishments, but seeing as I'm traveling for business & this was my 3rd stop trying to get lunch, these owners had better realize if they don't step it up they will loose business, I almost left due to the wait just to order my drink.

To the management/owners: Your restaurant was very busy on a Saturday afternoon, show your patrons that you CARE about their business vs broadcasting the message that you're cutting staffing trying to save $1 on overhead. Even 1 more person waiting tables would make a huge improvement!

Was awesome before and still is! So excited to continue to stop in. You can not beat the view! Food is yummy! Drinks are cold! highly recommend this place!

Good food, good service, great atmosphere! Could have used a little more meat in the brisket mac and cheese, but overall the meals were enjoyable. We went back for more cheese curds and onion rings the next day.

We went for a late lunch. Three of us had the whaler good sized portions and tasted great. We sat out on the deck overlooking the lake and we were able to bring our dog. They even brought him a huge bowl of water. I also wanted to say we had my parents that were both 87 and with walkers, the waiters and waitresses went above and beyond with their attentiveness and patience. The next time we are in phillips we will be back.

Been back many times. This might be my favorite spot for a quick beer and bite in Wisconsin. They are great at dairy and meat free options.

Amazing food! Got a captains burger with the mustard mayo sauce was delicious(everything on it was cooked to perfection also. Would 100% recommend) We also got a chicken bacon ranch wrap that was in the top 3 according to my wife(who eats the same wraps EVERYWHERE we go so that's a great compliment😅). We got regular and waffle fries and we both agreed the waffle fries were so awesome but can't go wrong with either. Overall food was perfect. Got take out but the interior seemed very nice and service seemed good for the 5 minutes I was in there. Great views of the lake, we plan on stopping back to eat in next time we are in the area!

My work mates and I went to Harbor View for lunch - the food was amazing and quick to come out. Our waitress was so nice and even went out of her way to locate dijon mustard for me🤗 We sat on the deck that overlooks the lake - beautiful view.

We were on a snowmobile club trip and got lost. We were cold, tired, hungry and spent. We knew kitchens typically close at 9PM and were walking in to Harborview at 9:20. The bar tender confirmed that the kitchen was closed but offered to make us all pizzas. I could have cried. Such a wonderful gesture for a bunch of tired strangers. Thank you Harborview for stepping up and caring! Pizzas were EXCELLENT!

Amazing experience! We were driving up to Ashland on a Friday night and looking for a fish fry. Fish was the best we’ve had in a while and the service was great. We sat at the bar so we had a waitress and the bartenders, all were willing to help give a great experience and were friendly.

Wonderful staff great view. We could have our dogs on the deck. And I thought the food was great. Wify was not a fan of her meal, but that was a matter of taste preference. The cook and portion was very good. Just that next time she will something else.
