Typical local Cafe.
My son and I had breakfest the food was very good and the portions did not leave you hungry. The prices are quite reasonable.
Our waitress was pleasant and attentive.
No doubt I'll be returning.

We stopped here and my wife had French toast and bacon and I had burger 🍔 and fries. Food was more than we expected and priced what food should be instead what most restaurants are charging. Nice Cafe and staff friendly. Will be back.

Loved breakfast, the hash browns were great! Thank you for serving us, got to talk to a few locals as well about land prices.

My pancakes were thick, dry and burned. Everything else was absolutely delicious. We would stop there again on our way to Ashland.

Both times we have eaten here were great. Wonderful small town feel. The food, prices and atmosphere take me back to an Era in time I would prefer to live! Breakfast is always great. Only complaint would be to leave a dish of creamers on the table instead of giving 2 with each coffee.

Love this place. We pass through Phillips every memorial day weekend and sometimes in the fall. We have been stopping here for breakfast for the last 30 years. Same friendly people both workers and patrons. Great stop at 5:30 in the morning with great breakfast foods and very reasonable pricing. A perfect way to start our trip!

Pie here is homemade daily and was so good I had to order 4 to go for a beach party later! Breakfast was amazing too!

Recently bought a lake property 10 minutes from Phillips, ate here a lot spring of 2022. Always great wait staff and food is exactly what you want from a small town diner. Table service or counter. Large lumberjack breakfasts to choose from. And $6.99 for liver and onions dinner includes bacon, potatoes, roll, and a salad. I don't care what you think of liver, they do it just right. I came in one evening 5 minutes before closing, wasn't aware of the closing time, and they still made me feel welcome.
I cannot wait to go back.

What a great place to enjoy brunch! Amazing service and food was phenomenal! Great portion sizes so was two meals for me! Top notch staff that went above and beyond.... managed to even win a Pokemon Go Raid! That being said great place to eat and play Pokemon Go with a gym and 4 poke stops available to you without leaving your seat.

Phillips Cafe has the best chicken strips in town, according to me. I also enjoy the steak and eggs breakfast, steak dinner, burgers, soup and waffles. Their Alaskan waffle is a delight, vanilla ice cream and strawberry topping on a hot waffle. So. So. Good. Taco days are very good too! It's a very good priced local diner that takes cash and checks only. Their pie is quite good. Good small town fare, great location and very nice staff. They do catering and it's always great. Owned by a local family, too.
