Im not always easy to deal with when it comes to company policies and procedures. Looking back on the last couple of years dealing with Aaron’s, the GM, Sam, has made a reputable impression on my husband and I. We appreciate how he has handled our complaints, concerns, and works with our fluctuating financial situation.

I called this store, cause I was having problems with my washer. Elizabeth M. customer service was excellent this afternoon. We talked and laughed, like we new each other for some time. She was professional, and cared about my concerns. She kept her word and returned my call. I would recommend this store, and sales person to everyone. So if you’re in the area, stop by and congratulate her on excellent customer service. 👏🏼👏🏼

I can only say good things about this store. Never had problems with the customer service. Always got help when I needed it. I give 5/5 stars. Will always recommend Aaron’s in Conroe, TX. Helped to rebuild my credit after somebody used my ID. Brandon is always looking forward to help his customers, and if they do not have an item in stock..., they will order it for you and deliver it to your house with no extra cost. We are customers since 2011 and would recommend it. Over the years the staff changed, but never the way how this store treated their customers, with respect, tolerance and always there to resolve an issue. Thank you to the whole team.

My name is Rueben Serna I shop from the store in Conroe, Texas. I have been an Aarons customer for a while now and have leased and paid off a couple of appliances. I am in a current lease with a sofa and laptop. Let me just start off by saying that if there is an Aarons award it defiantly goes to this store! From the time I walk in or call, I am always treated with the utmost friendliness and professionalism. I love how the team works together in a very efficient way. From the front showing exceptional customer service and product knowledge and good suggestions always going the extra mile to the guys bringing your stuff willing to be out late into the night to ensure that the customer is taken care of. Leadership has a lot to do with this superstar team as well. Since the first time I met Mr.Sam, I saw how quick, efficient, and kind he was. As far as I can tell he is the type of leader that is where he should be, if not promoted. In my experience I have seen him handle multiple customer concerns at the same time and guide his team to make the store the best it can be. Most importantly if he is not the one to answer the phone (usually I dont wait more than 2 rings lol) he is busy doing whatever he can to improve the store, customer experience, and the efficiency of his team. I do apologize for the lengthy review but they defiantly deserve it. I highly recommend them and they have made a customer for life as I will defiantly be purchasing more items from them. And if you don't take my word for it I encourage you to just walk through that door and let your own observations guide you. you will not be disappointed!

Before I posted this I read some of the other reviews and I cant believe what I am reading. I personally have not had a bad experience in my little over a year of patronage. In my opinion they do an awesome job and we are all human, mistakes happen people.

Product was great quality, had one time I needed repair. They sent someone right out. Just finished paying and now it is mine.

The best Aaron's I've ever been to ! The people are all so friendly and nice ! They're actually cool to talk to , makes you wanna work there lol. They work with you, they're understanding, pretty pricey and you will overpay but if you don't have credit or bad credit , what do you expect if you don't have money to cash out furniture 💯 but overall I'm satisfied with this store !

Good store with knowledgeable workers

I have been shopping at Aarons for almsot four years. It wasn't always the best experience but I do have to say they always treated me and my children with such kindness. Aaron has now a new manager who i have been totally impressed with. if anyone ever had a bad situation in Aarons go back and give that new manager a chance. He is awsome

Thank y'all so much for helping with the best months sleep in a long time. I love my bed. Brandon, you have the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of shopping with. Just think I was going to go to Rent a center until to thanks to my sister Amber Rebbe pointed me in y'all's direction. I'm afraid to say this but I think I need a meeting for people that are addicted to their beds lol.

These guys have treated me so well I cant say enough. The quality of the merchandise Is great. I had nothing when I moved here, they fixed me up.

Me and my other half love Aaron's so much but we are sad that Adam left and is no longer with y'all.

The manager brandon was awesome, I got there late right before closing and he still had a great attitude and helped me and asnwered all my questions if I could give him 10 stars I would.

Very helpful. Aarons employees took the time to answer all of my questions. They also took the time to listen and understand my credit needs.

William and the staff at Aaron's in Conroe rock!! Excellent customer service!! Everyone was very professional and all had great additudes! Thank you again!!
