I've been going here for over a year now and I have had a great experience so far.. Dr Liji Matthew's consistently provided great dental care. She's very skilled at what she does and always takes the time to clearly explain her treatment plans. I appreciate that she not only helps with the maintenance of my teeth, but also recommends approaches to improve my dental hygiene. Overall, she's great and I highly recommend my dentist!

So glad I chose them ! Just got awesome insurance so now have a lot of work to be done. This may be best dentist team I've ever seen. Within 5 minutes of being there I knew I was in expert hands & my anxiety left me. Love them. em

Amazing how they can provide prompt dental care at an affordable cost. They took me as a walk-in when i had a dental emergency and had the procedure the same day.

I would not recommend this clinic. Yes, it’s a pretty building and clean. However, I was very disappointed with my experience there. Number one, there are TVs blaring away in every room. The hygienist and dentist barely spoke to me during the whole visit. Since they said so little, I thought I was in the clear. I said almost on my way out, “So, no cavities?!” They then told me I had SEVEN. It had only been a year since I had seen my last dentist before we moved to Katy. And I had been seeing my old dentist every 6 months for years. All of a sudden to have 7 cavities seemed strange. They wanted to do hundreds of dollars of work. Then my husband came in for his appointment they told him he had 17 cavities! And he had been to the dentist more recently than I had! Needless to say, we both got second opinions and are now getting more personal and professional care elsewhere. Oh yes, turns out I only had one cavity.

There is so much wrong doing in how they handled the work in my teeth. So much that I will not go into details but few big things were that some fillings she did came off the same day, she dropped her tool on my front teeth (didn't even say sorry), and now I have so much pain in the roots (pain that was not there before she performed the work). I do not recommend this dentist at all.

Pl don't go here..you may endup with more problems that what you have. My version will go many pages as to what has happened. Just go elsewhere.

Reading other's feedback I would summarize my ordeal. I got a recommendation to go here. Had zero cavities and went there to get some small chipping in tooth fixed. Dr Mathews and her assistant didnot explain what the procedure was but essentially get deepclean and put cement. My first half of cleaning was done by another doctor and did not know her name..she barely spoke. Next week was with Dr Mathews and that had gone south from the first minute..she and her assistant man handled my teeth and now I have acute pain for the past 5 days and whole face and jaw hurt. I called them and they are recommending rootcanal to get pain relief, for something they have caused. My problems were minor prior to getting here but i am now experiencing a level of discomfort i never had.

Who would I complain this to? I paid over 1200 dollars and now I have to spend more.. I have no trust in this place, acute lack of professionalism.

Wouldn’t recommend. I have been going to the dentist every 6 months for years now. I never have more than 1 cavity. I came here for the first time and I somehow have 6 and they wanted to redo a filling that was less than 6 months old. They charged my insurance for a full scaling but I never received anything beyond a normal cleaning. I would avoid this place.

Very disappointed on their customer service. I made an appt for a teeth cleaning. I arrive at my scheduled appt time and they didnt have me on the schedule. They didnt apologize, or try to accommodate me. They just lost 3 possible new patients, because I would have taken my family there for our dental needs. Not a good way to run a business!
