This is an RV Park that has an adults only section, which is where we stayed. We were there for two nights in a pull-through for a rest stop while traveling a long distance. The sites are well laid out. They would be a bit small if you were staying for an extended time. Paved roads are wide enough to easily get in and out of sites. Great bathrooms, showers and laundry facility. Washers and dryers take cards, so no quarters necessary. Staff was very helpful. Grounds are very neatly kept. We stayed in a 40' 5th wheel.

The RV ranch was a great place to stay very clean well kept paved roads easy in and out space I had a large motorhome pull through was nice the showers and laundry room were great immaculately clean the staff was friendly Price was a great just a great place to stay I highly recommend it !!

I'm a little bit reluctant to give them a good review just out of selfishness. This place is great. Staff is super friendly. I would think you could figure how good this place is by the large number of permanent residents that are here. Several have been here in excess of 5 years. Who knows, I may just end up being one of them.

Have been here since the 4th of July 2021. Its very quiet in the adult section. The office staff are very nice. It is well maintained. I feel it is very secure. Just a couple of miles from Family Dollar, Dollar General, Mr. Jim's pizza ,Sonic and Subway. I would recommend it.

I just stayed at RV Ranch of Keene about a month of ago. Even though I was at the very first site near the street, it was extremely quiet. I had, I believe, the smallest space in the park and it was big enough for my truck and camper, automobile and still had room for a table. Very reasonably priced. The other (Big) RV's had plenty of room between each other and the spaces were huge. The grounds are immaculate. Lots of trees to walk your dog. Even a pond to walk around, even though the water is a little low (no rain in TX). The bathrooms were amazing. Individual rooms that include your sink, shower and toilet. Very private. Laundromat is high tech and you pay with your credit card. Washers and dryers were very clean and there is a young lady that cleans everything in this room every morning. The ladies in the office were very nice and full of information. Can't wait to stay here next year. I had pictures, but I lost them. oh well, next year.

I can’t speak for many RV parks. However this one I can. It is so peaceful and quiet. My father lives on the side with no children and it’s as chill as can be theee. I enjoy taking my old bread over and feeding the ducks and turtles and minnows in the pond. One day he and I watched a ginormous turtle just trucking along headed to the pond. When we walked closer to him, he got mad and turned and went the long way around going back and going’ down another road. That’s one smart turtle who doesn’t like the paparazzi.

Lived here for just over 3yrs. It is a nice place to stay, especially long term. Some, who came and went, described Ms Annette as rude, they are definitely wrong. She's is very business - like for the safety of not only her business & employees, but also for her guest. We found her to be very hospitable, business - like but pleasant. We loved her smile! If I wanted to live in Texas, this would be the spot! It's shady and easy going place. Mail pick-up was always pleasant, we loved seeing the smiles there as well!

We would definitely love to stay here again when visiting our daughter. Location is great and staff is super friendly. Facilities are top notch.

We stayed here for six weeks in spot 167 and was very impressed with how big and clean the park was. The people in the office were really nice, the park has a beautiful pond to walk your dog as well as a pool, and we were really impressed with how clean the washer and dryers were. Will definitely be recommending.

Great place too stay. We stay here every time we are better. People in office are really nice. The adult section is nice. Laundry room clean.

We have lived here in spot 121 for a couple weeks now. Everyone that I have dealt with have been so nice. It is clean and quiet. The movie rentals, pizza and tanning salon are really nice. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful park, wonderful staff. Very kind and understanding. Location is pretty with a pond for catch and release fishing and nice landscaping. Pool is clean and kept. Movie rental store and pizza oven so conveniently located on grounds. Perfect stay for us for a year!

Great RV park, friendly people. Need more of these in area. Big showers with plenty of water pressure. Nice laundry, though several machines didn't work. Lots of full timers but well kept. Would stay again if available.

Amazing place to live and the price is awesome I love it here great people good pools ,pond small park for kids washers and dryers and showers are always clean and amazing

Super nice staff. You get more privacy here than other campgrounds I’ve stayed in. Pool is kept very clean. Pizza is sold in the office and movie rental as well as tanning. Affordable rent too!

Overall, I think this is a great RV park. It is very quiet throughout the day and night. The pools are well maintained and very nice. The internet service and cable provided with the price are both more than adequate for my needs. The staff has been helpful.

The staff are so kind and helpful! The park is beautiful and we love that they have a seperate pool for adults and another for children. My Granddaughters love to swim when they come visit.
