Airport Beach Park

Very scenic camp ground around the lake. The RV camp grounds are very well maintained. With grills and covered picnic benches for each site.
The view from every RV site of the lake is beautiful.
Well maintained park. Plenty of restrooms and showers- clean.
Boat ramps available.

We love having gatherings at the shelter. It comes with 7 RV spots, and 6 of those have a sewer connection. Most of the 6 are very unlevel, so be sure to bring plenty of lumber for you jacks.

Beautiful quiet park, amazing views around! We've stayed at site 10 and 64, recommend both. 10 for Sunset and 64 for Sunrise. Will return if coming to Texas again.

Spectacular park! We stayed in site 9 and it's the best location. Wonderful view, lots of shade, sewer hook up, across the street from showers, close water access, and a pull through spot! We saw many deer in the morning and evenings. This park is clean and well maintained. The gate keepers are friendly and very welcoming. We will be back!

Great place to stay and enjoy Lake Waco. Be sure to bring leveling blocks as some sites are not all that level. Occasional noise from the near by airport but better than being next to a noisy freeway. Love seeing the deer and other wildlife.

Very nice cabins, nice area, was very quiet at night. Beautiful views over the water. We had a blast here.

Besides the low water level everything went great! Totally coming back here asap!

One of the best campgrounds ever. Big pull thru lots. Very clean spacious individual shower rooms.

Great view of the lake. I love the planes flying over head when landing. I found a website that told me when to expect them. The only complaint was no working showers in our part of the park.

RV park was great! Our site wasn't level and probably would be okay for a fifth wheel or trailer, but the rear wheels of our coach were off the ground and had to be blocked up.
View of the water was awesome. Good sunsets and sunrise. Snow was a bonus, although losing electricity and having to run the generator all night wasn't expected. 5.5 inches of snow delighted our granddaughter.
Shopping was relatively close as was ACE hardware for propane refill. Would stay there again but farther down the point for more level site.

Our first camping experience in our new camper was in our own city at Airport Park. It was a very relaxing weekend with perfect fall weather. We stayed at campsite 80 and had full hookups including sewer. The sites were not too close together and the area was clean and the view of the lake and our Texas sunsets were amazing! We have already scoped out our favorite spot and will come back again. The staff was super friendly and the park was very peaceful. I highly recommend this park!!!

Had fun but they need to make it more easy for seniors to not have to walk so far to get to the water

Cast For Kids held here in 2017 and 2018. It was awesome. They provide a fishing and sometimes boating experience for special needs children at no cost to them. The park is very nice. Only wish is a surface to change older special needs people on other than the floor of the public restroom or outside. A bench in the handicap stall would be great.

Very nice campground with large sites. We are visiting from Arkansas. The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful. We happened to be in residence during the record cold spell (coldest temps since 1930), and could not use the restrooms. Mother Nature was in charge of that, so not the park’s fault. Brrrr!!! Can see ourselves coming back here in the future. Please keep this nice campground open!!!!

We had our family and friends dinner after a funeral there. It's still as beautiful as it was before they made it a beach area. Big thanks to the people at airport park for opening up for us. This was my nephew's favorite place.

The camp site was great with a canopy over the table. Not to far to go fishing.
