We stayed here in order to be close to the Bass Theater in Fort Worth to see a show late January to early February. The park was very clean and well-kept. The manager, Bonnie, was lovely, helpful, and accommodating. Spots were a nice distance apart. I enjoyed taking walks through the park in the cool mornings and evenings. We needed a mobile mechanic and they recommended a great one who we were very happy with. Will stay here again if ever in the area.

Mockingbird Hill
We needed an overnight pull through space and they were helpful and friendly. Despite the hot evening I took a walk and the longer term residents were also out and very welcoming. Lots of trees and for being right off of I-35W, we had no road noise that kept us awake, it was quiet and easy in and out. Good water pressure and fairly even pad.

The property manager is such a sweet heart. Made me feel so welcomed. I had to stay a few extra nights then expected and they had no issues working with me on their available open spots. Highly recommend. Also their monthly spaces are all covered and for a fair price.

We were long term residents, and we really enjoyed our time at Mockingbird Hill. The staff are all so nice and they have great communication. They are great about giving notices that may effect the residents in any way. We have two small children and a dog and they were always very accommodating and understanding. At one point during our stay, we had a difficult neighbor who made noise complaints on us, and they allowed us to move to another part of the park on pretty short notice. They were all so sweet and we will miss them! This is a clean and we kept park in a super convenient location, definitely worth a visit!

Rv park very clean. All roads paved. Only issue we had was when we arrived and got to our site, the awning that was over the site was to short in height. Our air conditioners scraped at top. Had to back out and move into a temporary site until a site came open that had a tall awning. Staff was very helpful and polite. My only 1 concern was they have alot of stray cats and residents there feed them. If you have dogs like we do, its hard to keep them quiet with cats laying in your lawn chairs, etc.

Great pull through spot for big rigs. Also a GREAT price compared to the RV park across the highway at more than double the price. The office staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. From now on, this will be our go to park when visiting family in the area. A big thank you to Mockingbird Hill!

I’ve lived here full time since February of 2020. Very quiet and nice for the price. Any issues I’ve had with damage(busted sewer lines and a water hose from them mowing twice) were fixed and taken care of quickly! Staff is quick to help you and find your spots if need be because it’s easy to get turned around. Pull though spots are big enough for my truck and car and someone else if they come over!

We are from Alabama and had to travel to TX on and off through October and November. Ms. Bonnie and Ms. Kim were so easy to work with. All of the neighbors were friendly and it was a great experience! Very nice, clean and quiet place to stay. If I’m ever back in this area I would definitely stay here.

We stayed here for a few months and it was great, better than expected actually considering it's proximity to DFW and the highway. The park is safe and clean with a laundry facility, just be sure to bring quarters as there isn't a change machine.

Passing through the area and stayed three nights. Easy drive through lots with shade, nice people on either side, cable, better than average WiFi, and quite nights.

I went there today and drove around. A very nice park but I couldn't find any empty spaces. While driving around I met a very nice lady "Bonnie" who is a manager there. She was very helpful but explained the last space was rented out 3 hrs before. 😥
Hopefully a space will open up for me in the near future.

Longest pull-thru I have ever seen, almost 100'. A bit narrow, but the streets are wide so I had no trouble getting in. Lots of older tall shade trees. Room for slides and awnings. Far enough away from the interstate there was no noise. WiFi was almost unusable, no bandwidth even for email and websites. Friendly office staff was able to accomodate a couple reschedules for me.

Made online reservation to arrive early July 4th. Office was closed but everything we needed was taped to the door waiting for us. Parked our trailer in one of their pull through spaces for their temporary guests as most here seem to be residents or seasonals. Spots are small but shaded and newly paved. Picnic table on cement foundation next to paved space. This park is very quiet. Saw very few people and heard no one. Fireworks in the area were the loudest thing and they were at least a mile away. Full hook ups were excellent and dumpsters were on the way out. Stayed 4 nights and would stay again! Family close by, so may be sooner than we think!

Stayed here almost 2 months. The ladies in the office are super friendly. Great laundry room, friendly neighbors and everything is level and paved. What more could you ask for?
