I'm new to the area and found this store online while searching for a deal on a bedroom set. I had a great experience shopping here. The process was smooth, I didn't feel pressured into buying anything and they were helpful and patient. I had a little flaw on my bedroom set when it was delivered and they promptly took care of it. I would highly recommend this store.

I've made a couple purchases there and they've been great to do business with. Reasonable prices, good selection, quality furniture and they do what they say they'll do. Nice delivery guys and they work hard.

Don't buy Ashley furniture anywhere else. The prices are less than the Conroe Ashley store with much better customer service. The salesman/owner wasn't pushy, just helpful and then let us browse at our leisure. We shopped several places but came back to this one for the value on the couch. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for quality furniture at a fair price.

We had the best, most painless mattress buying experience at The Furniture Outlet today.

We went in, explained what we were looking for and tried out a few. The very helpful store owner showed us to a Texas made mattress that can be flipped and rotated to extend the life and create even wear!! (Something VERY few mattresses are made to do nowadays.) He quoted us an AMAZING price and we were sold.

We may had been there 30 minutes. The mattress was available to take home right then, which we did! We can not wait to sleep on it tonight.

After having such a horrible experience at another local store, (they have a very bad review for their deplorable actions) I was dreading mattress shopping. But The Furniture Outlet has changed my mind. I am recommending them to everyone I know and will be going to them for any furniture needs I might have.

I shopped all over Conroe and the Woodlands trying to find a decent deal for bedroom furniture for my kids, and hands-down the best deals were here. The guys who came to deliver and set up the furniture for me (only $75 extra for delivery and assembly of a gigantic bunk bed and two dressers!) were very professional, fast, and did a great job. I was 100% satisfied with my experience.

Wonderful business! The best prices in Conroe. Customer service is professional, knowledge, and caring. Home delivery was on time; the gentlemen were kind and professional. I will return here if I need/want furniture and/or mattresses. Highly recommend this business.
