Love this place! The baristas are friendly and attentive. Good coffee and variety of adult beverages. And the baked goods are tasty. The atmosphere inside and out welcomes you to sit and chat with friends or get some work done. And most importantly they are dog friendly and super sweet to Stella (and have dog treats)!

I love coffee, and I love supporting local roasters. The stouthaus espresso roast, Resistance, is delicious! Creamy and very nut forward flavor with some hints of butter. I get an iced latte with breve and 2-3 shots. Their team is so nice! It’s always a joy picking up beans and coffee from them. We’re loyal customers for life!

If you're looking for a proper specialty (Italian grade) coffee - this is the place to go!

Great spot for a delicious coffee and brews. I spent a few hours here to get work done and was good environment. Had a delicious pastry, the golden latte with a shot of espresso and a hint of vanilla is highly recommended. The guava sour and coder were fantastic too. Thank you!!

A combination of great customer service and amazing tasting coffee. If you haven’t found this gem, give it a try. The staff is very welcoming and ready to make recommendations on the copies they’ve had themselves. The taste has always been great. We love taking a bag of their coffee, which they will grind it there for you to enjoy at home

I have been coming here since 2020. They just have some of the best coffee in Austin. I love the location, can swing by when going to SoCo. I have never had beer there but it is a great idea. The atmosphere is always chill.

This place has been a coffee-shop staple for me here in Austin for the last few years. Great place with great coffee and a cozy, warm vibe. The staff are always kind and affable.

I never thought a small coffee shop would bring me so much joy. I’ve been through a lot health wise and we have been traveling from Georgetown to Austin for my doctors visits. This coffee/beer spot is right by their office. We stopped in once and fell in love, it’s now somewhere we stop every single time before my appointments so I can have a moment of peace and solitude before the chaos. Every single person is SO kind and compassionate, no matter how early it may be. Everyone is smiling and ready to answer any questions. The ambiance is unmatched here! The tacos are always fresh and delicious, most important the coffee & golden milk are the absolute BEST. While I do hope my doctors visit here can end, I will be sad I won’t get to visit this place as often. thank you to the staff of stouthaus for being so amazing to someone you dont even know. :)

First time visiting this coffee shop and it did not disappoint! I got a caramel latte with oat milk and it was delicious. There’s plenty of seating inside and outside, and the staff was very nice!

Chiil place by South Lamar Service Road, right behind Toney Burger Activity Center. Open until 10pm, which is unusual. Great coffee, huge craft beer selection. Cool & friendly staff. Can be relatively quiet, unless you end up at a Trivia night. Plenty of parking spaces outside. A bit pricey yet definitely recommend it.

Great coffee. Super nice staff. Very Covid compliant. I popped in for a quick cold brew and noticed that they basically removed all of the indoor seating. It’s a bummer for sure, but nice to see how they have adapted. Plenty of outdoor seating and there is always parking in the lot.

Stouthaus is my favorite coffee shop in Austin. It is consistently great coffee, I have only ever had positive interactions from the staff, parking is easy, and it has a nice outdoor patio. It is hard to find a spot to sit inside sometimes but it is well worth it.

Still one of the best coffee shops in Austin. Warm, welcoming and super dedicated to fostering craft coffee, including pour overs and single origin options. I've been going to Stouthaus since they opened several years ago. I went back on a recent trip through town, and the place has only gotten better. James and Sandy have built this family-friendly gathering place out of nothing but a dream and hard work. Lots of rotating options and something for everybody.

They have wonderful Pumpkin Spice Lattes (Hot or Cold)! Very cute hangout spot with indoor and outdoor spaces with plenty of seating. Friendly Staff and great atmosphere.

Stellar service from kind staff and tasty draft and coffee choices. The ambience is perfect for catching up with friends or working - inviting and respectful.
We tried the draft root beer - such a unique offering that was so yummy. We also had the Cafe con Leche stout, which was sweet and smooth. We snagged the cold brew to-go and I'm so glad we did. All around - a great hit!
