Had some root extractions done with Dr. English 2 weeks ago and let me tell you, i had a great experience from start to finish. His team is phenomenal and will definitely be going back in the future. Thanks again guys!

I’ve been seeing Dr. English and his staff for years. They always welcome me with a smile, and I always feel at home with each visit. I will continue to use this office for all my dental needs.

I have been coming to North Loop Family Dentistry since the late 1980’s/ early 1990’s, not sure the exact year. The experience has always been the same, very pleasant and friendly staff who always does their best to make sure my visit goes with any problems. Everyone in this office are very professional yet makes you feel like part of the family, from the ladies in the front office to the hygienist, the technicians to the dentist who take very good care of my teeth! I will never go anywhere else unless there is absolutely no other choice! Seems like everyone I talk to about going to the dentist acts like it’s the worst thing that they have ever experienced, I just say you just need to go see my dentist!!!

Our first visit. Dr. English and his entire staff were very friendly, professional, and knowledgable. My wife and I are very pleased and look forward to a long term relationship with Dr English and his staff.

I had a tooth with bad pain I don’t like going to the dentist but when I got there with no appointment Monica saw me in pain and rushed me right in to get it checked out!!! Thank your office staff and dentil staff for getting me in so fast!

I have had work done here in the past. I didn’t have insurance back then but they helped me find a company that I could get financing through. I did and then had them get me in much better shape. Recently returned for an evaluation and more work. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The lady that did the leg work for the evaluation was very nice and helpful. The dentist was also pleasant and professional. I don’t see the dentist often enough. This place has made me feel welcome, comfortable, and done good work. I have nothing to complain about!

Great customer service! Had my first EVER filling today and they walked me through the entire process. I felt comfortable the whole time. Never experienced any pain or discomfort. Dr. English and his team are amazing! If you are looking for a reliable pain free dentist, Dr. English and his crew are it!!!

Dr. English is very professional and thorough. He has a great “chair side” manner as well. The front desk staff are efficient, accommodating, professional and friendly. The assistants do a great job too.

I was terrified to find a new dentist with all of the bad experiences I've had. I ended up at this office due to another dentist not being able to get me in for an issue after I had a crown done....
The staff in this advice are kind, gentle, and they listen!! They were wonderful. I've gone back a few times now and today I had my first cleaning with them and it was the best cleaning I've ever had. No pain, they are calm, which keeps me calm and best of all, less expensive than my last dentist! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Dr English and all of your wonderful staff. They were wonderful! They listened to my concerns and put me at ease before and during dental procedures. Their billing was very patient when I was having trouble with my HSA card not working on their system. I would recommend them to anyone who has had a bad experience at the dentist.

Great staff! The clinical staff always do great job and make sure I am comfortable. Office staff very accommodating! Have used Dr.English for many years and highly recommend!
