Montgomery Park Dental Care: William C. Quinn, DDS

My 3yr old son fell over the weekend and broke his front tooth pretty bad and had to have the tooth extracted. I must say, I have NEVER had a better experience at a dentists office, ever. The staff was so friendly and caring for my son, and I will forever be grateful to them for being there on a Saturday at lunch time when I needed them. It is so rare to find a dentists office open on the weekend and a staff that was this professional and sweet. God bless the whole crew at Montgomery Park Dental Care. This was our first visit there, and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone, and I will be coming back!!!

Exemplary! My experiences at Montgomery Park Dental have been excellent from the moment I called for my first appointment. I've never enjoyed visiting the dentist, like most people, so I was reluctant to begin my search when my previous dentist moved out of state. After much research, I decided to call three offices in the Conroe area. After speaking to the office staff at MPDC I decided not to call the other two. The woman I spoke with was very kind and answered all of my questions with ease. I work the night shift, so I thought it would be difficult for their office to accommodate my availability. Dr. Quinn actually came in on his day off when my employer would not allow me to take off during their regular business hours! I've never had a doctor do that before! All procedures were explained in detail in a way that I was able to understand. The office was clean and I felt very comfortable there (not typical for me at the dentist). GREAT overall experience! I highly recommend Dr. Quinn!

Very professional. Got a convenient appointment right away. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They found my insurance benefits and told me about its limits so I wouldn't owe as much. My tooth was fixed in one appointment. Painless!

Great staff , Dr Ashton , however can see that my tooth was severely infected , and wanted to pull the tooth right then or pull a nerve , or do expensive repairs or put in an implant . I insisted on antibiotics and pain killers to at least get the infection to go away so I would have time to figure out what I needed to do . He gives me weak antibiotics and weak pain medicine . By the next day I expected to be able to go to work , but the whole side of my face was twice the size and the tooth still ached . Now the infection is going down my neck and instead of stepping up and doing something , he tells me there is nothing he can do and to go to the emergency room . I should have simply gone to the emergency room in the first place and never gone to this Dentist

Worst dental experience of my life. The staff is extremely nice and the place is clean but the dentist is very unprofessional. I have been in Conroe for 43 years and I will make sure nobody I know goes to this dentist. I wish there was a zero stars option.
