Farmers Insurance - Elizabeth Correa

Reached out to them for a life insurance quote, since my new job didn’t offer me an option for supplemental life insurance. Within 24 hours I received all the information on what was available for me. Just have to say that Ms Elizabeth Correa is amazing! She answered all my questions and treated me like if we were friends/family and made sure I understood my options before I make a decision. I have always been beyond please with the costumer service that Correa insurance provides. I’ve insured many vehicles, “toys” and my life policy with this agency always using April is my main go to. She’ always goes above and beyond and does fun little giveaways for her clients. It gives a sense of care from the agency as opposed to others that insure and hardly speak again. Today April referred me over to Josie to help on some billing issues I had. Josie called me immediately with a solution to my issue. It was quick and she handled my issue promptly and professionally. Absolutely adore this insurance agency! Elizabeth does a great job on hiring and training amazing staff.
