Pro tip: Be patient and tip well. Go early in the morning when it is slower.inspect the work before you leave and they will fix any missed spots.

Great experience popping in around 10am on a Wednesday. Two lanes of folks cleaning and I was 4th in line - about 25 minutes til my car was getting washed. I was very specific about what I wanted cleaned (exterior with a quick wipe down on the interior surfaces and glass, with a wash on the floor mats) which came out to $60 for a mid sized truck. Total time til completion was about 45 minutes - right on with the gentleman's estimate that got me set up. Paid a bit extra for the minor interior detailing, but absolutely worth it for me. Feel bad not having any cash to tip as I was very pleased with the wash and clean - I'll be sure to bring some next time.

PS I'd recommend bringing some water and a distraction as the waiting area doesn't have much going on, but that's what phones are for!

No other place I would trust my car with. The car wash looks so good that it makes my car look like a BMW not a Ford. Management here will take care of you if something is not the way you want it. Outstanding service! Really good pricing!

Friendly hard, very hard workers cleaning the cars of in Central South Austin Texas, here on Brodie lane, one on Slughter Ln, etc.

If you've never frequented this business, and are tired of paying $60 hoping you'll get the quality of work that you pay for, only to be disappointed when you slip into your finished vehicle, look no further. I have FINALLY found a carwash in Austin that not only is reasonably priced, but went WAY above and beyond my expectations! I can't wait to take my vehicle back here for some more TLC.

Regarding the staff: Caleb and Darren are the best. I can't ever recall seeing management so on-top of a business at a car wash. Darren greeted me as soon as I pulled up and my car was immediately worked on. This location has tons of staff, so customers wait but 20 minutes, if even that, for the most thorough of jobs. I found myself striking up conversations with the staff while I waited, it's so nice to go into a carwash and be treated so kindly and warmly!

Regarding the quality of work: I purchased my vehicle new 8 months ago, and in the rush to get the car off the truck and delivered to me, the dealer didn't prep the vehicle very nicely. When I took it to H20, there was still suction-cup marks on the inside of every piece of glass from the factory as well as adhesive stuck to the steering wheel from factory-wrapped plastic. When the car was ready, I was thrilled to see every piece of glass on my car was SPOTLESS, but inside and out and that the adhesive on the steering wheel was gone! I am so happy that this team gave me the clean car I never got when it was brand-new driving it off the lot. Literally, the car looked brand-new, even newer than when I purchased it.

Again, I cannot stress how much I recommend this business. If you go, ask for Caleb or Darren, but even if they're both off, someone will be there to not only meet, but to exceed your expectations. You won't regret it! $35 for the executive wash, you can't beat it!

I have gone to several car washes and this one far exceeds them all. Recently taken over by Dan. WOW!! What a tremendous job they did on my car! I paid a lot more other places and my car does not look anything like it does after they clean it. They pay attention to detail and they have wonderful customer service! I was new to this H2O location. The manager was very courteous. He answered all my questions. I could see the employees were very thorough in their process of cleaning the car. I was so impressed that I got a VIP pass. When I got home my husband was so impressed he went and got his car done and got his own VIP pass. Well worth the time and money to have my car clean!

I’ve been coming here for 6 years for my car washes and when I moved to central Austin I tried many other places but none met the same quality as H20 does. I will gladly drive south or to cedar park to have my car cleaned by them.

Every time I come here my Expedia amazing they are precise and even better they are so speedy! My car leaves looking brand new every time. I’d like to Thank Brandon I am not sure his last name but he has consistency even the one to make sure I am take. Care of and sign up for the best deal. This place is amazing. Anyone who says otherwise is spoiled rotten. It is a great car wash and for the money, it's the best you are going to get. I love taking my car there because they make her look pretty and shiny. Granted, I don't look under the wheels because they don't claim to clean under the wheels. But they do a nice job on the inside and outside of my car. They rock!

I’ve had nothing but exceptional experiences at the h20 car wash off of Brodie lane. Zach, the manager there, always takes great care of us and makes sure everything is done to our satisfaction, and the staff is always so friendly! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Definitely the only place I will ever trust with my car from here on out!

Needed a quick quality exterior wash and H20 always delivers.

The service and staff are AMAZING, they washed my car and dry it so fast also the wax it. The lady in the front is so professional and explain all of the services and special offer. This is a MUST visit location and the packets are great value. Grateful and Thankful to all the staff 🤗

I had a TON of dog hair in the back seat. Like completely coated the whole back of the car. H2O staff were so friendly and worked quickly to get all of it out.
The only head’s up I would give is that this particular location apparently closes by 2:30.

Excellent job on headlight restoration- huge improvement in clarity on our vw, liked it so much I brought in our other car the same day to restore its headlights too! Friendly people!

Great service! There's a nice outdoor seating area to wait at while your car is getting cleaned. Google says they open at 8am, but because of COVID they're opening at 9am.

I have never had so much amazing service by the folks at this H2O car wash. They know us when my husband and I drive up in separate cars for them to detail. It’s worth every penny because of the beautiful results and the friendly service.

Had my brand new car broken into, my phone stolen, and a friend throw up in said car. I came here to get the leftovers cleaned out from the night before, and lucky it was a small amount. The guy that helped me out, Zach, went above and beyond to get it taken care of. They even found and peeled off GLUED ON stickers that some random a-hole put there the night before in downtown Austin. They took care of the mess in less than 20 minutes, and I was on my way. I normally go to the one on Slaughter Ln but after coming to this location i will only come here from now on. The guy, whose name escapes me, who asks what kind of wash you want is awesome. He has such an impressive attention to detail. The customer service at this location is second to none. I dare anyone to visit and say otherwise. Forever a customer of this location from now on!
