H2O Hand Car Wash & Detail

Some mobile dent and paint touch up guys put some kind of chemical on my car in very large patches that I tried for hours to get off and later took it to a body shop for an estimate where I was told that what they put on my car had damaged the paint permanently and it would cost $4000 to fix. I didn’t like the sound of that so I came to h20 hoping for a miracle. I could not be more impressed with cricket. It took him a long time but he managed to get all of it off somehow and when I got my car it looked brand spanking new inside and out. He literally saved me thousands of dollars and made my car look just as good as it did the day I bought it. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Amazing team! Our baby girl got car sick and threw up on way to school. I came over to H2O and they immediately helped without hesitation or questions asked or judgment. Even put the washable pieces through their wash!

Not even a question. They do a stellar job, even when packed. Order all their different washes. Good staff, simple process. Not too expensive at all.

The lady at the counter is a gem!

I came for a hand car wash on a busy day and it would have been easy to cut corners to get through the crowd. Their team still have my car great attention and ensured it was spotless inside and out. More expensive and takes longer than a mechanical wash, but your whole car is cleaned gently by hand inside and out.

Beautifully clean job they did! No waiting on a weekday morning, that was so nice. They have a tip station outside (a white mailbox with a slit on the top), just place your tip in there, don't give it to any individual person - they all work together for tips. My car looked great, go here!

I do not get the mixed reviews about this place. I recently bought a Jeep with the cloth Sky One-Touch roof that is fragile and requires hand washing. Their pricing for a regular wash is more than fair and they consistently do a great job. It is frankly a minimal amount over a tunnel wash with brushes that chew into your clear-coat. H2O is a no brainer for both of our automobiles.

The nail salon has real artist and very beautiful ideas come to life through Sandy Vip nails while there get your nails done ladies you shan't regret it! The rest of the techs at H2O work very very hard in sometimes not to great weather. So show some love and tip well these hard working folks. They both are great for our south Austin community. For the price they do a great job! Showed up with a jeep that was covered in dirt and dust. $50 later it’s looking good as new and they cleaned the interior too.

They took my filthy car to a show room car in less than 1 day. My rims were so clean and shiny that I thought they replaced them with brand new rims. I bought the car filthy and was time to clean it. I'm a lifetime customer now.

My latest experiences at this wash have been very positive. If you get an exterior wash, it's almost comparable to what you'd spend for a good wash on your own using a self service car wash down the street. So I found that it was a great value for the amount of cleaning that was done. It was quick, and they had a nice area for your to sit inside while your car was being worked on. I'd recommend this place if you want a great detail!

Excellent job. My car looked like it was on life support. It noe looks like new after being cleaned and detailed. I had some particular issues that I mentioned to the gentleman who checked me in. Never did I ask for any special treatment but on two separate occasions he stepped up and offered me help. At the end I was about to leave a tip for the work well done in the wrong place. One of the workers, looking out for his fellow workers, let me know to give the tip directly to the people who detailed my car. I was impressed that he had their backs. You can't go wrong going here. Quality of work and professionalism are unparalleled.

I came in needing my 2 front seats deep cleaned due to an accident from an animal. They were so busy and the line of cats was backed up but Omar took my car and got it done right away. I was amazed at how fast I was leaving! He even gave me a great deal and offered to touch it up if the smell didn't go away. About a week later I brought it back in for one last touch up. .. again, in and out and he didn't even charge me this time. .. I am so very pleased with my experience here. Very generous people!

Have been taking my vehicle here for a couple years now. Always quick service (when there isn’t 50 other cars in line, then yes it will be a bit of a wait) and comfortable waiting area inside. Recommend the full wipe down and the shampoo wash if needed.

H20 is a lost Art. Great detail and other hand wash features. One of the best in Austin Texas YALL!!

H2O Car Wash, at Slaughter Ln. and S. 1st, costs a bit more than I can usually afford. But, I got a $100 gift card for Christmas and that is the cost for complete detailing. The people were so kind, joyful, and also included taking the cigarette smell out. Even my non-smokers were thrilled with the fantastic job done on my car.

I took my 2012 Chevrolet Corvette in for a car wash. The on site glass company stated that they could fix a chip in my windshield. They would charge my insurance company and no charge to me. I told them to go ahead. The glass company ended up cracking my windshield. The glass company claimed that I would have to use my insurance to replace my windshield. I told them no. That my insurance just said if I was not satisfied with their work, that I would have to pay my deductible to get a new windshield, and that does not absolve them of their liability. The glass company said that they were not going to fix my car. However the owner of H20 stepped in and got my window replaced. So I am completely satisfied now.

It is unusual in this day and age to find a stand up person. Service is out the window. Buster, the owner of H20, stood up and did the right thing, and is to be commended.

My car came out show room ready from the wash.
I will continue to use there services.
