Austin's Pizza South Lamar

I went to Austin’s Pizza for hundredforhospitality meal and they were great! So friendly and gave free ice cream. Will be coming back again!

I really, really enjoyed the pizza here. Their online ordering system was incredibly easy, and they take allergens/diets seriously. My partner is gluten free and its usually a nightmare finding a pizza that is gluten free AND decent, but this was absolutely delicious. They don't charge extra for little things like pepper packets, which is a big pet peeve of mine. Overall we were extremely happy with our order and are excited to visit the other locations in Austin!

Great service and super cool staff. On a very busy night I ended up with pepperoni rolls instead of veggie rolls. They gladly and super quickly made me my veggie rolls. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. And btw the veggie pizza rolls are delicious !! I have always loved Austin’s pizza but this was my first time to try the veggie pizza rolls.

This place is like an old 90’s film. Awesome dudes. Old school vibes and the hint of weed in the distance. I just love their pizza. I’ve tried all sorts of other pizza places around town and I just keep coming back to this place. Amazing flavor. Not too greasy. And I’m obsessed with the vegetarian options. If you’re looking for a super fancy and specialty pizza place this is not the place for you...but if you’re looking to just chill out, relax and enjoy your night...order Austin’s pizza!

This place is a great Austin local business. Been around for a long time, and their quality keeps it that way. The location is old, and totally what you expect for a pizza place as far as that older sit down pizza shop that seems to have left our modern world. Very perfect for Austin, and I hope it's around for a long while more!

Their thin crust pizza is so amazing! I love it, even with just something simple like pepperoni! The customer service is always really excellent, and they are very attentive. They also have live music sometimes, and I now follow some of the bands that have played here because they put on such a great show! I would definitely recommend this Austin's pizza to anyone who wants to enjoy good food and a good atmosphere!

Austin Pizza has been donating a ton of food. Tonight, my husband went to pick up our meal for Hundreds for Hospitality and the staff was overwhelmingly kind and generous. My husband mentioned we had a young daughter and they threw in some extra food for her. Thank you so very much. We will continue to be customers! Delicious!

This place has really delicious pizza. They have 3 types of crust - regular, which is relatively thin and crispy; thin, which is thinner and crispier; and gluten-free, which is relatively thin and almost as crispy but not quite as tender as the regular crust. Toppings are generous but not greasy or bland. We go to the shop on S Lamar and find the staff pleasant and helpful.

Jacob was super helpful when the automated system had a glitch. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure that my order was handled appropriately. Austin’s Pizza lives up as a great local spot thanks to the great customer service provided by Jacob. Thank you.

Super good pepperoni rolls and chill vibe. Wish they had calzones tho.

Updated:. General Manager Jacob contacted me and did his due diligence investigating this issue. They spoke to the employee and fairly got his take before reaching a conclusion. They ultimately decided to move in a different direction so that individual is no longer affiliated with Austin's Pizza. It obviously isn't fair to give a one rating to a company that doesn't employee the person who earned the one, so I'm changing my rating to 5.0 for the management being so fair handed and responsive to a challenging and potentially dangerous issue..... This is an abbreviated version of why I originally gave them a one. "An employee there randomly cursed out my bother and his two year old and accused my brother of being drunk while we were on a Sunday morning family walk.... My brother wasn't even on the Austin's Pizza property! He was next door at Brown's BBQ quietly showing his two year old the cooker!!! My brother is a freaking doctor and was totally sober. We had to call the police (officer Rob Wall) as we felt unsafe with the situation. We weren't sure if the guy was mentally unstable, or had a drug problem, or if he was going to come out and randomly shoot us....."-------- Again the guy with anger management issues is no longer affiliated with Austin's Pizza.

My go to pizza place in Austin, prefer their double-cut pepperoni pizza with ranch over Toss or Homeslice any day! Dominos or Pizza Huts are not even in the same league when it comes to taste & ingredients. I highly recommend this place anywhere in Austin, especially if you are at Corner Bar, they will walk it right over!

Their pizza rolls are delicious!! They have also been doing a lot to give back to the community during COVID-19 by donating food to displaced hospitality workers which is amazing! Love it!

Delicious pizza made with locally sourced ingredients. They have some great combinations on their menu. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it. I’d come here more if they let you order single slices!

My son and I came down for a UT basketball game and after a visit to the Co-op, we wandered down and found Austin's (on Guadalupe). A super niceguy welcomed us and recommended a pizza ... he was dead on! It was great, perfect amount of toppings and sauce, the crust is devine! Thanks to Austin's, we had a great start to the night!

Good pizza. Order, pay online, and pick-up is pretty straight-forward and no hassle. Friendly bunch behind the counter. Easy to get to, park, and I'm in & out in no time.

The crust is just the right crispy. The cheese is just the right gooiness, and the toppings are just the right flavor. Nothing over powers anything else. The pizza rolls are also great

Great fast service, pizza is always on point. I used to order from mercury pizza but they take 1 hour longer and the pizza is 10 times greasier. I stick with austin's pizza whenever I want to order in. Dont forget to try the pizza rolls they are pretty good as well

Fast. Great salad (try the Zilker). Good vegan and gluten free options. Inclusive and friendly environment.

Austin Pizza is the best authentic pizza austin has to offer! It really is out of the oven pizza that is always hot and ready to eat!. the wings are bad either :)
