Love the customer service. Smaller menu but makes ordering a bit easier. Chicken salad too chunky but make just like I like it.. Celery.. Mayo... Salt... Pepper.. Chik. But I opted for the hot roast beef with provolone. I always add baked lays for crunch.

We were greeted right away when we walked in. Ordering with the staff was very simple and easy. Our food was prepared in a timely manner while the staff made great effort to make small talk and make us feel welcome. I wish I could remember the names of the individuals who prepared our order to give them a proper shout out so I will leave the time we were in the restaurant instead:

The sandwiches and the soup were phenomenally delicious. We will be returning to this location.

I placed an online order for a later pick up. The sandwiches were made perfectly! Plenty of toppings and each bite had the right amount.
My food was ready to go when I arrived so great service.

Best Potbelly’s I went to. There was two young ladies running this place and they were busy, but they made high quality sandwiches still! They actually gave you enough meat and condiments unlike the rest of the Potbelly’s I’ve been to that skimp on the meat. Thank you ladies you are doing an amazing job!!!

Oven roasted warm sandwiches, great menu choices, friendly staff. We stop here often for lunch and it always has proven great choices for kids and adults. Ask for Avocado oil dipped spicy hot peppers to enhance your taste.

Today was my first time trying potbelly and from the moment you walk in the door you can smell how good it's going to be. I had the a wreck sandwich and the best way to describe it is fresh and full of flavor with a good amount of meat. The staff were quite friendly and the wait wasn't very long I'll definitely give it another try because it's probably the best sandwich place close to where I live, definitely way better than Subway.

My wife bought the Roast Beef Sandwich and we shared the food.

The ingredients are fresh and delicious, the toasted bread really adds to the flavor of the sandwich.. The bread to filling ratio is perfect.

All round a highly recommended sandwich shop to visit with the food reasonably priced and quick service added to the experience.

OMG, I came here for the first time. I ate the Cubano sandwich its was just splendid. In the other potbelly I went near here, I had the wreck sandwich. I love the way they heat the cheese and meat. Both the multigrain and white bread are good. The service line was so organized, and the place was clean. The workers were very friendly. and was very accurate to the portioning, and when I asked for extra lettuce and light mayo, I was granted accurately. I will definitely be coming here again!

Sandwiches are great! They are super fast and I love everything I’ve tried from there. The only thing that I’ve had happen is every time I order online without fail they forget to either put chips, cookie, drink or a random item in that I paid for. Other than that it’s a great sandwich shop! Just double check you have anything if you order curbside before leaving.

Got their Powerhouse Salad and Garden Vegetable Soup from here and they were both excellent! Salad was packed full of goodies and everything was very fresh tasting. Vegetable soup had a nice favorable broth that was well balanced. I'll be back to try their sandwiches!

It doesn't look much from the outside, but inside it's pretty cool. My wife loves the chicken salad sandwich! I had the turkey sandwich and it was really good. Nice selection of sandwiches, salads, soups, and mac and cheese too. They have a variety of drinks including shakes and smoothies. Really good place to grab a bite.

My first visit wasn't up to par. But still I decided to give them another try. And the second time was great! Also, fantastic service with a great attitude from Raven, she was very attentive and pleasant. Not to mention the great sandwiches and soup that we got, they were truly very fresh, and made just right! Highly recommend it! Thank you !!

The ladies behind the counter were so lovely(old style customer service businesses cared about customers) and my sandwich was delicious! A+

This is a great place to eat. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and professional. Best soups in town. Healthy sandwiches. Best shakes I've ever tasted. We love the employees, and they treat us like family.

We drove a bit to get to this potbelly ... didn’t realize how much traffic Austin has haha. I loved my sandwich, the soup was alright. I got the chicken enchilada or something like that but the flavor was very generic and tasted like canned soup. Still great sandwiches!

Oh goodness gracious! The sandwiches were absolutely amazing. The Mac n cheese and the soup were fantastic. Whatever you guys are doing over there, keep doing it. And take pride in It! I would give 6 stars if I could.

I always get attended amazing and i come here regularly . but there's one employee that always brightens up my day . always working hard never has no bad vibes . her name is Jennifer and i want to say she's a manager there . but she greets me . makes my sandwich not rushed not sloppy like other places ive been to . it comes out to perfection . i really appreciate her hard work and dedication she put in this place thats makes it a five star 🌟 potbelly. First time eating potbelly sandwiches and they are amazing. The customer service is 5 stars, especially Farid is wonderful. Very clean place and we will definitely be back.
