I really appreciate how clean the tables were and the food how it was placed accordingly, super super super clean. The gentleman Jose Rangel was very hard working and kept a tight ship, very much appreciated. Considering I been coming here since I was 4, probably one the best times I've seen it! Thank you Jose Rangel!!!!!

The pizza here is fantastic well made thanks to Isabelle and the atmosphere here is amazing the workers are very nice and fast paced they get the pizzas out in a timely manner, I highly recommend coming here for a wonderful experience and great food.

I come here twice a week for lunch the food is always fresh the staff is friendly and helpful the restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and the cook Isabel makes the best pizza I have ever had at cici's.

Cheese pizza was delicious. Great service. They quickly restocked items. Will definitely be back to this location unlike others mentioned in their reviews. Cinnamon rolls were yummy. But don't indulge too much 😉

We come here about once a month. José has the most incredible customer service. He is always so accommodating. The wings were really good, they were large compared to any other pizza place we’ve been to, they were cooked to perfection, and the sauces were yummy. The pizza was all fresh on the buffet, the dessert as well. They also maintain cleanliness on the buffet which I particularly appreciate because this being a kid friendly place it can get messy quickly, but not at this location. The food is great but we come back for the quality service Jose and his team provide. It’s rare these days, so we appreciate it.

Great food, always love a good buffet. The manager, Tyler, was incredible! He checked in on us multiple times while eating, asking if we needed anything. Great food, great service. Also, pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls slapped

I love Cicis it’s my favorite cheat meal. I got to this one and noticed the pizza they had was ALL Alfredo.

I asked about it and they made me my own requested pizza to apologize!! The manager was extremely sorry and helped his employees fix it!

We stopped here in our way through Austin, and I was so surprised at how clean and nice it was. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the moment I had a request, the manager saw to it personally. We will be back.

Great pizza and the staff always seem to care about keeping the buffet clean and well displayed.

Cici's improved their pizza recipe since 2017 and now it's similar to Digiorno. Dough is puffier, crust a bit chewier. Surprisingly good for $8.49 per adult.

Always enjoy this location. Even with social distancing they keep everything clean and sanitized. They'll get you a fresh pizza super quick and even make whatever you request no problem at all. They've definitely adapted to the rough times well without sacrificing service.

Was pleasantly surprised by my first trip to CiCi's with the buffet running at about $8 without beverage, it's the steal of the century. I'll take Cici's over any of the neaby asian buffets any day of the week if you're looking for the AYCE experience. In addition to the pizza i was also impressed by the salad bar which was well maintained and filled with fresh ingredients!

Can’t beat it for the price. No, it’s not gourmet pizza and you can get better pizza...but the buffet is always fresh and has excellent selection. Don’t see your favorite? They’ll make it for you. Just ask. The salad bar is surprisingly good for a pizza buffet. The staff especially the gentleman that has run the place for years, is friendly and always thankful for your business.

Would like to give thanks to the manager ALEX. Back on Friday of last week, I ordered pizza through Grubhub. I ordered lg cheese pizza with extra cheese and a drink. When it got to my job for my lunch, it wasn’t what I ordered. Yes it was a cheese pizza but not like I wanted or ordered. So I called cici and spoke with the manager Alex. I explain what I ordered and what I ended up getting. Alex took charge and explain how bad this was and he said he make this right. So he told me when ever I’m in the area to come and get the remake. He apologize and that what he offered will make it right. I told him I be there on Monday or Tuesday if it was ok to pick up then. He said that was fine and just call and tell whoever answer that u have a remake order and tell them manger Alex approve it. So today I called and place my remake order to be ready by 7:15pn for pick up. The manger Alex remember me and make sure it gets taken care of. When I got there pizza was like I ordered. Thank you Alex for a taken care of ur customers. 😃😃😃😃

Have had issues of restaurant being it of mushrooms which is one of my favorite toppings. Upon entering today, I asked if they had mushrooms and the person on the register said yes. I informed him the past times they had been out. Then the cook yelled out that they were out of mushrooms and I laughed at the irony but the individual left and got mushrooms for my pizza I wanted. That is AWESOME customer service!!! I really appreciate it.

I have taken my daughters with me to eat at this Cici's many times. We always enjoy the food, value and atmosphere. While my daughters are fine with cheese or pepperoni, I really like that I can order a custom pizza. With my girls being picky eaters this is a great place to take them to mix in some past and salad with the joys of great pizza! Thank you Greg for running a great establishment!
