Two-thumbs up for the Austin Fire Hall on S. Congress!

We dropped the kids by to tell the men "Thank You". One of your fireman spent 15 minutes letting the boys sit in the Firetruck, try on the suit and explain every function of the vehicle. My son hasn't stopped talking about the experience! His grandfather is a firefighter in New York and they will have so much to talk about next time we visit. Thank you for your the memories and your service!

Can I rate a 20?? My littles and I were wandering around SoCo this afternoon and passed by the station. My oldest wandered up and yelled "hiiiiii!!!!!!" and started waving to say. Alex (we learned about 7 seconds later) immediately took off his work gloves and jogged over, proceeded to give my little guys an AWESOME tour and just totally made their day. Little man's birthday is tomorrow and he's convinced I set it up ahead of time as a surprise. Thanks guys, for all you do and special thanks to Alex from Jackson, Jase and Kaci!!!

The fire fighters here are AWESOME. Was here for the truck show downtown and the fire fighters were involved within the community having a good time.

Showed up to our flooded apartment minutes after we called. Fixed the situation immediately!!! Thank you!!!

Quickly put out microwave fire I had in my easy bake oven. 2/5 of the firefighter proceeded to occupy my bathroom then ask for free beverages. 0/10 wouldn’t have another fire.

10/10 for response time when I trapped myself inside my storage container. However, while trying to BBQ with my wife and son 4 fire men proceeded to lecture me about carbon monoxide while two others stole my matches and beef sausages I intended to feed my family with. Will change review upon reimbursement

I parked infront of a fire hydrant and my window was busted to run a water hose through my car. My bad, i forgot. My question is, why did you need a fire house to fill the cat bowl for all the strays?

Called 911, fire fighters arrived. EXTREMELY disappointed the fire “fighters” did not actually fight the fire. The just put water on it.

Just stopped by to ensure my car seat is installed correctly for a newborn, it is moving side to side a lot. Does not seem safe or secured correctly. I may be wrong but thought this was a service provided by the station. Standing as a lone woman at the fire station door with a child, beside the “safe place” sign, to only be ignored by the fire man visible inside is not cool.
