I buy at least one pair of boots from Red Wing every year and the only complaint I have is that the prices seem to go up 15 to 20% every time I go in there. That being said, everything else about the company and St Peters location it's five stars. Location, accessibility, the store is clean and organized, and the employees are always Top Notch. I came in to get women's steel toed shoes. The gentleman that helped me was so sweet. He measured my feet, picked out shoes and inserts for my shoes and sent me on my way. He wanted to make sure my feet were comfortable for my new warehouse job. Amazing hospitality.

Will always be the best place to go to take care of your feet and posture. The quality of the product is the best in the business and the service is second to none. I will always recommend Red Wing to anyone and everyone. You may not need a pair of boots but everyone needs a pair of their incredible inserts. Makes every shoe into the best shoe.

Went in knowing what I wanted already as just getting a new pair of the same boot. Was given courtesy service that included schooling me on inserts which I ended up buying a pair of. Personal service and a GREAT product. Last pair lasted 6 years with everyday use for 8+ hours.

FANTASTIC service here. Went in with my boyfriend to get him new work boots and Jeff Allen gave us the best personalized service, he was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable, we ended up with some great boots! Will not be going anywhere else in the future because of Jeff!

The man that owns this place is so helpful and knowledgable. Went in there to look and walked out with my sons workboots. The service we received was fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. And my son says they are the most comfortable shoes, not boots, he has ever worn. He prefers his boots to tennis shoes.

Nice store with a lot of good work shoe options including some classier footwear that is steeltoe for folks that frequently go between the plant and the office.

The owner is super knowledgeable and can really help you make the right choices to get rid of foot pain and back pain.

This store has been nothing but helpful. When an older pair of boots couldn't be repaired after sending them out to their repair facility, the manager actually gave me some credit towards some new boots. I would never have expected that and it made me a customer for life.

Very helpful when it comes to making sure you get exactly what fits they have no issues measuring your foot and also said you can come in and have the leather conditioned and laces replaced for free

I bought a used pair of leather shoes on eBay. No sooner than I cleaned them up that I noticed one of the eyelets had come loose. I checked eBay and Amazon to see if I could get a DIY kit but the reviews on such at Amazon were bad. What to do?

Even though the shoes weren't Red Wing brand, I brought them in and told Dave that I didn't expect a freebie and would pay whatever would be reasonable to have the eyelet replaced.

Within a couple of days, an associate of Dave's had replaced the eyelet with one that is bullet-proof. A far cry from the DIY kits.

I'll be going back tonight to pickup a pair of shoestrings as I only want the best for my shoes.
