I’m from Virginia and I wish our ABC stores were like this. Cool guy at the register was very informative and friendly. He recommended local breweries and distilleries and even knew their hours. When we are back this way , this will be our go to for liquor and wine. 10/10 would recommend.

Store clerk was very friendly, even gave me a quick crash course on tequila which was awesome as someone who knows nothing about Tequila.

Good selection, pricing seemed fair and in line with the current market, no complaints there but the service was excellent. The gentleman with the beard (didn't catch his name) was very knowledgeable and offered several suggestions at different price points, based on my likes and tastes. And he didn't just try to sell the most expensive labels, he had several suggestions at lower price points too. They also do barrel picks here too for the bourbon chasers. Highly recommend checking them out.

This is my second time coming to this place as I travel for work, and I was so excited to see it was this place again. They don't just have a great liquor selection, their beer selection is also phenomenal. The guy running the place is extremely knowledgeable about beer, which I appreciate because I love dark, high abv stuff and it's rare finding someone that knows what I want and doesn't recommend Guinness or something. Also highly recommend asking this dude for good restaurants/bars/whatever, cause he recommended the Asylum and the food there was also outstanding. Thanks a lot, can't wait to come back through again!

Went in this evening for a look to find something different, and Thankfully Tommy was there he knows his customers. He hooked me up with a new mix, crown peach and a cinnamon rum. Let me tell you if you like crown peach.. you have got to try these two together it takes it to a whole nother level.... The customer service from the staff at the two locations is always above and beyond. Thank you for being awsome

Arguably the best selection of Whiskeys I've seen in the surrounding counties, and most with better prices than I'd expected given the rarity, this looks like a great store. It has a great layout and organization of products. I can't wait to go back and see what new bottles I can find. There is a good reason The Loft was recommended to me by so many people.

Good place, laid back, no annoying clerks. Good selection of wines especially. Some cream liqours, a sampling of the exotic. They wait on you here without being hovery. You can take your time without feeling pressured.

Lofty Liquor has about 2/3 the selection of a Virginia Alcohol Be Controled store. But they excel by having Lambics, American & other European Beers. It's like a PA beer store rolled up in a Va. Liquor Store. They also sell wine but did not check that out. The employees are nice, but not as knowledgeable on higher ended sprits. No samples yet, what's up with that?? 🍹🥃🥂🍷🍸🍶🛸🍯⚗💨💥 W.Va. taxes makes moonshine happen round here.
