McDonald's

This is a good McDonald's. They are polite and fast. The fries are always perfect. I love their mix of diet Coke. Yes there is a difference, even my Pepsi husband can tell. I usually do a mobile order with curbside pick up which works really great.

I just want to applaud this place on literally everything. From service to the accuracy of my order. They are consistent, friendly and they take care of the building. It’s clean and taken care of! Everyone that works there is SO kind. It’s a drastic difference between the Fairlea McDonald’s and the one in hartsrun, WV. props to you all! What a great team.

Good food and friendly service. I had a good experience. Food was quick and bagel was good.

I eat there frequently even though drive thru times are very long. I don't think it's their fault those due to staffing, can't get enough people to work.

Eta: Quick service, kind employees and son needed honey for his nuggets and they were left out of the bag. The lady grabbed some for my son and it was fast. He was sick and wanted something quick. They were great. It's hit or miss with correct orders here however, if you check your items, they'll make it correct. As far as the food, it's McDonald's quality and I don't eat here except if I get a hot fudge sundae or a biscuit. My son eats at this location and everything is smooth and the employees, regardless of how incredibly busy and long the customer drive through is, are always happy with a smile and kind. I would feel that it would be a challenge to keep good employees especially considering fast food restaurants but at the specific location there has never been a bad customer service experience for the drive-thru or indoors when we used to be able to go in there. This one is a high-traffic volume location and truly the employees work themselves probably hard and quickly to provide the literal interpretation of fast food and that's exactly what you get here it's great for an on-the-go person such as myself that doesn't have much time, whose son is obsessed with this McDonald's cookies 😊

This has to be one of the most efficient McDonalds. Service was fast store was clean. We watched a young lady clean the dining room multiple times. Staying on top of pop machines, tables and floors. All with a smile on her face. This was 1pm Saturday 27th Excellent store with obviously a great management team keeping them motivated

Food good and it was really busy but the food was still hot.

Dining in was great for a change, especially since our order was hot and fast with no mistakes, “kudos”!

This is a good place also they are friendly and they are nice to the customer service people that work there thay are the best place to go to

Friendly fast service and good food. Used the Blink electric vehicle charger. Thank you for offering the charger, it's been very helpful this week.

The breakfast crew brought their A-game today. My Chicken McGriddle was hot and juicy, cooked to perfection. 100%

Busiest place to eat in the area, no matter what time of day. They usually do a good job at getting you in and out pretty quick. Friendly, and good food

Just went thru the drive thru to grab a drink. Workers at both windows were very nice.

There's one cook here by the name Keeley, shes very good with what she does. I went today and got 2 cheeseburgers, and they where very good.

Caramel mocha is the best!

Be careful of the Self Order machine. My friend accidentally ordered 3 20 piece chicken nuggets instead of 3 Sweet & Sour Sauces!!!
