Jennifer was my sales person. She was very friendly and helpful. I asked many questions which were answered satisfactorily. Jennifer made my shopping experience very easy.

Excellent service just wished the return of 6-1/2 oz Dr. Peppers reminds me of the good old days simpler times. I bought an oversized roman chair and a half recliner last year. This time I made sure same sales person was working and ordered another like it different colors for my Lady's home.

We have been shopping for just the right leather sofa. With the help of Paul Sweet, Design Consultant, we were able to find that sofa. The price was so reasonable, we added a chair and ottoman.

We were shopping online at Grands for a rocker recliner and found several which met our specs so I called the store. I talked to the two Jessica’s, first in the office and then from the sales room. Jessica answered all my questions with a definite knowledge of the various chairs and I felt she was being so honest. She was very helpful and had a good sense of humor. Anyhow I let her guide my selection and made my choice and long story short , my new Allmax pewter rocker recliner will be at my door one week from today. And I never even had to leave home! Plus I have 30 days to try it and if I don’t like it they’ll l take it back. But I feel confident that the chair will be excellent.

We visited 4 stores while sofa shopping and ended up where we started - Grand! Both staff members with whom we worked were kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. They didn’t hesitate to match another store’s lower price. Very satisfied customers!!

Butch was really helpful and explained all of the mattress choices that were available. I was wanting to upgrade to a newer type mattress but not spend too terribly much. He showed me all the options of mid-priced ones, and I eventually chose a hybrid. No pressure to sell me the latest greatest. I liked that about him and the store in general, so i bought a couch, too. Thanks, Butch!
