Saturday night we stumbled upon this place a little after they closed. The owner noticed my kids pressed up against the glass eyeing the cake pops and she let us in! We got macarons, cookies, cake pops and a dog treat!! 10/10 service! I got the biscoff cookie and it was literally the best cookie I’ve had in my life.

These women are AMAZING! I've been dreaming of my wedding day (and cake) since I was a little girl. My fabulous Mother-In-Law saw a cake that Carie had done on Instagram and when I found out she uses AutoCAD for her design process, I KNEW we were meant for each other! I travel a lot for work and when it came time to do a tasting appointment, I was struggling to find the availability. No problem for Cakeitecture though, I sent my Sister-In-Law in my place and we did a FaceTime consultation while I stood on a job site.
When it came time to discuss my cake, I wanted it to be very simple, tasteful (in more ways than one) and classic. Let me tell you... it was all of that and more. The cream cheese filling and Swiss meringue buttercream frosting melted in the mouth of each guest as they indulged in this delicious creation I was honored to call my wedding cake!
With the trend these days of having cupcakes at your wedding, I saw on Pinterest where someone did an outline of their last name initial using cupcakes and I immediately fell in love with the look. I suggested it to Carie and team and once again, no problem for Cakeitecture to execute my vision. She dropped that design right into AutoCAD and it turned out just as I imagined it to (see photo attached).
My husband graduated from Auburn so his Grooms Cake had to have some AU flare incorporated. No problem, Cakeitecture baked the most creative Grooms Cake I've ever seen (and I've seen a LOT of Grooms Cakes- see photo). The cake portrayed a detailed replica of a Toomer's Corner Oak Tree, decorated as they are after the win of a football game. My guests couldn't get over how each ounce looked so meticulous and thought out to match the theme. Everything from the tissue covering the branches to the mini replica AU sign that sits in front of Samford Hall looked perfect.

Each creation they made for us truly was a piece of art.

On top of this, Carie was 9 months pregnant at the time of my wedding and order delivery. Once again, Cakeitecture came through and drove our cakes from Auburn to Bremen (104 miles), coordinated the drop off and setup with our caterer and drove back to Auburn. I didn't have to worry about coordinating with her, she was in and out and everything looked amazing when we arrived for our reception.
We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary and of course, due to the cake being so good and our guests eating every crumb, we needed a new cake top layer to eat and celebrate with, per tradition. I called the ladies up, they had it ready for me in a day and I was able to enjoy all of the goodness once again! I will now be a customer for life!

If you want a unforgettable looking and tasting cake, Cakeitecture is where you need to go! Trust me!

Carie and the entire staff are angels! Our son is a Make A Wish recipient and with that he was also signed up for a program called Icing Smiles where he could get a dream cake for his birthday. Carie volunteered to make his cake and we didn't have any idea what it would look like but WOW we were so shocked at this cake!! Not only that, but she also delivered it to us after I tested positive for covid. We will always go to her for any baked needs in the future ♥

I needed cookies for party favors for my daughter's 1st birthday! I was so amazed at the results! Miss Lee was so nice and helpful! I will definitely used Cakeitecture Bakery again!

Perfect cookies for 191 College and 160 Ross housing fair today. I sent in a logo and allowed Cakeitecture to design the cookie and they turned out PERFECT- tasted amazing and are clean and professional looking. Everyone loved them. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

This place is truly special amongst small town bakeries. The macarons are divine, and they actually make them there- which is rare. Everything we've had from there has been delicious. The place is very clean inside(100 health score), and the ambience is relaxing and calm. I highly recommend this place.

Wow! I love this bakery and the employees! I moved overseas for work and still order cookies for my kids so they have a taste of home! As soon as we open the boxit smells like the bakery love it!
I do miss getting cakes and cinnamon twist from her.

Carie and her team outdid themselves on our wedding cake! They were extremely helpful to this bride who had no clue what she was doing. I had my heart set on a red velvet cake but they suggested I come in for the cake tasting anyway prior to my big day. And I am so glad I did! We actually went with the spiced cake and red velvet which was PERFECT for my Christmas themed wedding. Everyone is STILL talking about how awesome the spiced flavor was!! The design of the cake was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!

And they did all this within a week or two of moving from downtown Auburn to downtown Opelika! I would highly highly recommend Cakeitecture to anyone wanting a cake for any occasion. I’m still so thrilled by the beauty and taste of our wedding cake! Thank you thank you thank you Carie!!

I stopped in Thursday August the 18th because I had a sweet tooth. I bought a couple of cookies. They were so good that I went back on Friday the 19th and borrowed dozen for my trip back home to New Orleans. I will be placing an online order soon. Jim

I just want to say my sister, me and my infant went in and they really treated us amazing. I wish I knew the main lady who helped us but she was so kind. The cookies were so yummy and it was a cool vibe inside

Carie and her team made my wedding cake, cupcakes, and grooms cake for our wedding. I absolutely loved working with her and was FLOORED at the amazing job she did with my cakes! The brides cake was beautiful and we were delighted with her amazing pumpkin cake recipe, which was perfect for our fall wedding. She took her time with set up of the bridal cake and cupcakes and the presentation was perfect. The grooms cake was an amazing sculpted bass fish and everyone's jaws hit the floor when they saw this "surprise" cake :) it truly was a work of art! I highly recommend calling Carie for all your cake needs (and wildest cake dreams!), whatever you have in mind, I know they will find a way to get it done AND (the best part) it will taste DELICIOUS!!

Decided to make the drive from GA solely based on their reputation and we weren't disappointed. I went in with my daughter and grandkids and wasn't sure what to have. The owner recommended "paintable cookies" for my 3 y/o and cake pops for me and the 2 y/o. While my daughter was discussing wedding cakes, the toddlers were having their way around the shop. However, the owner didn't even blink! She had the patience of Job and tolerated all they could dish with a smile! Between the quality of the owner & her staff, to the outstanding baked goods this is one place to definitely go out of the way for! I can't wait until my next visit to see the grandkiddies and make the trip with them to Cakeitecture!

I saw a cake that this bakery made for someone local and I had to come here to rave about their artistic talent. Granted, I only saw a picture, but heard the cake was yummy.

Kudos to the artist who made a TWD cake and included Negan's girl. You totally rock!
