Briergarten

I just moved here a few months ago so I finally started exploring and I ran into Briergarten. Wonderful bar, very nice people and super fast service. I didn't get to try their food (though it smelled and looked great) but great beer choices and atmosphere. I will be back in the future and will absolutely bring friends by when they come to.visit me here.

Had a lovely experience at this brewery. My husband and I tried a few beers. I got a flight of beers. Our server was very kind and offered samples to taste.

We went last fall for their Octoberfest and had a blast. The beers and sausages were tasty

It is bumping here on st. Patty's! There was live band and they were vibing hard so it was hard not to jam with the music over some delicious porter and shepherd's pie. We got big timber porter....it had a note of chocolate-so lecker! The braided pretzel was warm and delicious too. Overall a great hangout place!

Great stop on a road trip from Ohio to Virginia. Our group tried draft beer, cider, and brats. Everything including the service was wonderful.

You won’t be disappointed when you make a stop at this gem. Prost!

German-leaning pub food such as brats and pretzels. A great selection of Hawk Knob ciders and a small but well-curated section of German and local beers. Great vibe.

They got phone chargers on the wall at the bar so you can charge your phone while you’re there an amazing beer selection and the food is outstanding!!!

My first experience was a wonderful one! I absolutely loved the atmosphere, the bartenders, the fellow patrons… everything! An amazing selection of beer - I suggest trying a flight (or two) to truly appreciate all that Briergarten has to offer.

I have raved and raved to my friends and family about our evening. The live music and outdoor seating were amazing bonuses to an already fantastic vibe. Coolest bathroom walls, ever!

Was passing through this very cute town from Chicago to Asheville and thoroughly enjoyed everything here. The beers, layout/design, food, and staff were all great! Would love to have been able to stay longer.

What an awesome place. It's sad I hadn't visited before, but it will definitely be a regular stop for me now.

Good service, nice atmosphere, and great beer selection. I got a flight and all of the beers I picked made me happy. We also got a pretzel and the pepperoni roll, both of which were good snacks. This beer garden was a very smart move for Lewisburg.

This place is an awesome little spot downtown. The Briergarten has a great selection of regional brews and a few of my favorite German ones as well! A great place to spend time with old friends as well as ones you have yet to meet... everyone is very friendly and sociable here!

We were in Lewisburg for just one night on a road trip and walked down from the hotel we were staying in to the downtown area. We landed on this place from it’s good Google reviews and we were SO HAPPY we did! Such a kind and welcoming place with a great beer and wine selection. We got the brat and the grilled cheese for dinner and they were both delicious. The staff was engaging and fun and we just loved the vibe. A definite must visit!

Pepperoni roll and pretzel were awesome. Good local beer selection. Not cheap but you pay for quality.

Delightful spot just off the main street. Hot soft salty braided German (Amish?) pretzels with a flight of helles, blonde, sour and lager followed by hot bratwurst with genuine German mustard. Excellent service and a welcoming indoor-outdoor spot for locals and visitors. We will be back!

Found this place by chance while driving through Lewisburg WV. Pretzel bread Rueben was delicious, the staff was great and very friendly. We will be back!!

Large beer list of both traditional German brews and WV locals. It was very busy due to it being the day of the chocolate festival but staff worked so hard in making an out of town visitor feel comfortable. I didn't eat anything but the table beside me who i spoke with all loved the various types of pretzels.

We stopped in before going to the Healing Appalachia festival. The staff was very friendly and the food was great! I highly recommend!
