I've been seeing Jennifer Pope here for around 5 yrs. Saw Dr Steele before that.
Now
She is the best physician (She is a nurse practitioner )
But she should be a real Dr she's so good to the patients.
This lady cares about you and that's hard to find these days.
She explains everything on your bloodwork to understand everything.
Spends time listening to you not looking at her computer.
I hope she never leaves here, but if she does I'll follow her to there..please if you aren't happy with your Dr go make an appointment with her and find out what's wrong with you. She won't stop till she does..

Staff are all very nice and efficient. Dr. Porter is the best doctor I've ever had. She takes time to listen to and answer all of my questions and doesn't make me feel like just another number. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Porter was great at really understanding my specific health questions and issues. She went over each issue and prescription, explaining things in language that I could understand! I felt completely heard and comfortable in submitting myself to her care!

I definitely recommend calling them to see if they have openings. Dr. Porter is amazing and all the staff I came in contact with were extremely helpful and nice.

Today was my first visit. I was greeted with a friendly smile..and staff. When I had the privilege of meeting my new Dr....Valerie Staples..I was greeted with a smile and was made to feel very comfortable. I have lived in Baldwin Co Robertsdale for over 30 years...I can't say enough as to how happy I was to find Dr Staples ..

The experience I had with my new primary doctor here was bar none. The receptionist was nothing shy of kind and helpful and knowledgeable. All personnel was like family. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you for such great service.

Jenny Pope is a top notch provider. She is thorough and compassionate. I haven’t felt this optimistic about my health in years.

A courteous professional staff. I've been coming here for years and have never had a problem. I've always felt like they've had my best interest in mind.

I called around try to get my son, who was having severe stomach pains, in with a doctor. They were able to get us in same day. Dr. Staples was great with my son and began running tests to start eliminating causes of his pain and also prescribed some medicine to do the same.

Very friendly and understanding would recommend this office anytime. Dr. Bell was the best at finding out what's wrong and anything to fix the problem.
