Very nice area. Unfortunately you pay to park and you don't even have running water to rinse off. Please try to get water there for us.

Access is decent but there is no bathroom and no spray off area. Area appears to have the potential for crowding too which is sad for it being such a beautiful beach.

Not a very good beach access...you're in a valley of timeshare/condos, with very limited beach front. Beach is always crowded. No permanent bathrooms, just temporary rentals sinks. Turning in and out of this location can be tricky. Will not be back to this spot.
