Christie is amazing! I have been renting with Extra Space Auburn for 10 years. They have been the most helpful, generous and kind staff since I have moved in. I have also began to grow relationships with some of the staff members, especially Christie. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone in the city, or even out of the state, like myself! They are very trustworthy and respectful to you and your items and are very accommodating to you as a customer.

This was the first time I looking to rent a storage unit and Cristi made the process extremely easy! She was very pleasant to speak with and helpful in giving me different options available for the unit size we needed. Would highly recommend using Extra Space Storage!!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. It's wonderful to always come in to a smile and a wave. Even the smaller storage units have plenty of room. We also really appreciate the climate control. I kept my girl scout troop's cookies in our unit and it was a huge weight off of my mind knowing they would be somewhere safe where they wouldnt melt.

I would highly recommend this location. The facility is well maintained and very clean. Cristi (store manager) has always been friendly and extremely helpful when any sort of questions or problems arise. I have also dealt with other ESS employees from other locations that were filling in. They have all been amazing. Kudos to those in charge of hiring. You have done well.

We are in the process of moving back to Alabama from NW Indiana. We had 3 storage unit facilities on our list. We visited Extra Space Storage first. Cristi was absolutely amazing. Made us feel welcome, showed us the available spaces, and reviewed all of the details. We took the evening to think about it, and didn't even visit the other 2 places, even though one offered a free month. Cristi made the decision easy for us, which is such a relief with the stress of moving. Extra Space is clean, well lit, and obviously the staff takes pride in the facility. We will use them until we find our house here, and will recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility AAA+++++

There was a pretty drastic price increase that came out of left field. I was completely shocked when I saw the amount in email; however, when I called the store and spoke to Kristy, she was extremely understanding and professional about the situation. She immediately remedied the issue within 20 minutes. That’s some of the best customer care if ever received!!! For that reason alone, I say…spend your money here!

I have had a wonderful experience with this facility since our move here in late 2022. I believe Bob was our original contact - but each person since has been great. My only concern is rate increases that seem to come out of nowhere. In the past, staff was very accommodating and adjusted my rate appropriately.

This facility is very easy to park and load in and out and stays clean inside and out. Employees are attentive and friendly.

Christy was very helpful. The place is secure and accessible throughout the storage. Would definitely recommend.
