Wow, the customer service here is one in a million! Erin was so accommodating and knowledgeable! It was a difficult time for me and she made me feel safe and cared for. I highly recommend Stor Eagle Storage and appreciate Erin and her excellent customer service!

We used this to store furniture between moves to new apartment. Close to campus and everything can be done on their app so super easy. Price seems comparable or cheaper than everything else in close proximity. Staff was helpful but honestly didn’t even need any help moving in or out.

Location was very convenient to Auburn campus. The staff was super helpful and patient with exhausted movers. Our storage unit was on 3rd floor but the elevators and carts made it very easy to move even large items. Great experience on a stressful day!

Super clean and easy to work with. However, charging $20 for a lock is absurd. I own the exact same one with keys and there is no option to remove the lock when checking out online.

Rented a large storage unit from here summer 2018 and had a good experience. This time around I needed a small one and looked around at prices... this place was comparable in price to others, plus I knew firsthand how nice, clean, safe, and accessible this one was from my experience last time. My husband had handled it getting it set up in 2018, but this time I got it done and Sharonda made me feel SO welcomed and provided great customer service! She listened and answered all my questions and didn't rush through anything.

This place is open on days when it's competitors are sitting at home sipping ice lattes and not making money. The facilities are freaking perfect I mean literally it is super clean there's no dense or scratches anywhere these people really do care about the product that they give you and they give it to you at a very affordable price and when it is officially time for you to leave and become a homeowner instead of a storage unit owner they don't hold you accountable for six seven months of that rent as long as you do what they ask you to do you can walk before your next rent which is awesome and the staff are super knowledgeable about what they sell and completely completely professional and nice. Honestly after living in six different states my entire life I have to honestly say that these guys have the best customer service in terms of a place to put your stuff that I've ever seen and it's perfect but even that word doesn't really seem to sum it up it makes you feel wanted. Could not recommend more.

I was referred to this place by a friend, and they did not disappoint. First off the facilities are amazing. World class! But the best part was the customer service offered at this establishment. Ben Miles was the person who helped me and he was amazing. Very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about everything. The other associates I talked with were tremoundous as well. This is definitely where people need to look for their storage needs!

Best prices I have found anywhere, specially for climate controlled storage. Staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Unit is clean and they have a wide range of storage units. Location is very convenient for Auburn.

Seems like the new owners (CubeSmart) like to keep raising the rates. Pretty soon I will not be able to afford to keep my storage unit there.

First, a human answers the phone or calls back immediately. Second, reserving a unit was super fast and efficient. Third and amazing, our plans suddenly changed and we need to access our unit a week early and on a Sunday. They're closed Sundays, so the owner and his amazing assistant bent over backwards to email the lease and take my payment information over the phone. The lease/payment was nailed down after hours and neither one of them complained or gave me a rough time. The instructions are clear and we are beyond relieved to have this secured ahead of schedule. Best customer service ever.

Used for local storage while preparing to move out of town. The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful!!! I was very happy with the low cost considering it was extremely new and clean. It was also very safe - my wife felt safe going there by herself. It was also very convenient being in the center of town. I would not have expected it to be as expensive or cheaper than those situated further out. I can't say enough how please I was with this service!

I used them to store my daughters dorm belongings over the summer break. Upon returning to school in August and removing the contents, my daughter accidentally failed to secure the unit properly. I received a call from facility management to notify me that the unit was not properly secured. Unfortunately, it took me a while to call them back but when I did, I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with Ben. He immediately knew who was calling why. He notified me that he had already taken care of the issue and that I would not be billed for the most recent month.

I'm thrilled with everything about them. The fact that they take security so seriously is a definite positive in a storage facility. Additionally, their willingness to take care of the customer is refreshing. They could've easily charged me but the instead decided to take care of the customer. I will absolutely be returning the next couple of summers when I need to store my daughters belongings over the summer break. Great job Ben and team!!

What an absolutely pleasant and professional experience! The facility was super clean. GREAT location. The check in process was painless. Lastly, the customer service demonstrated by the store manager, Sharonda, was no less than EXCEPTIONAL!

Friendly staff, very easy to get the lease setup, completely hassel free. Multiple floor indoor storage with some floors offer climate control. Very clean and secure place, gotta use pin to access the main entry door as well as the elevators. Huge facility. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I could not be happier. The place was extremely clean and in wonderful condition. The manager was extremely helpful and took us throughout the facility and took the time to make sure we knew when the facility was opened and closed. We will be using the facility for about 6 months and I know that my items will not be damaged. I recommend for people to go here and save time looking for other places.

Great facility with great prices. They will work with you to find options within your budget, and bend over backwards to make it work for you. Personable staff that makes sure to speak to you every time the see you, and knows you by name! I have used Stor-Eagle for over two years now. The facility is very clean. The staff is professional and customer friendly. The first person I met was Benjamin, he was a God send. Let's just say, I wasn't feeling my best. After speaking with this young man, I knew he had earned my business.
